I rarely leave negative reviews, but this location consistently disappoints. Nine times out of ten, I receive scraps for protein — despite ordering premium items and paying extra. I ordered a carne asada bowl and once again received nothing but small, leftover pieces. Chipotle advertises carne asada as a premium protein, and I expect the quality and portion size to reflect that. Unfortunately, this location repeatedly falls short — whether it’s missing ingredients, missing items, or poor portions. It’s frustrating, especially for loyal customers. Please do better. The manager needs to do better. I see several

The chain has REALLY cut back on portions, even from a year ago. I wish the folks on the food line wouldn’t act like I’m interrupting their day. The good news is that the food was delicious.

only been to this location once or twice. walked in late it was only me and 1 other customer who popped an attitude and started cussing and screaming at them while they where closing up. all the employees kept the cool and handled the situation like a pro then proceeded to serve me and make my food with a phenomenal attitude and then told me my meal was on them for having to witness someone throwing a temper tantrum eve after i insisted on paying for the meal. 10/10 management and employees

I’ve been to this location six times since moving to the area. I kept giving it the benefit of the doubt because I really like the food from Chipotle and Qdoba, but yesterday was my last visit. It’s not worth it.
On previous occasions I’ve had no issues with the food though the serving staff continuously displayed a poor attitude. I even had a guy roll his eyes and sigh because I ordered two burrito bowls with two people behind me. Like I was inconveniencing him to do his job!
Yesterday, it was 12:35 pm, no one was behind me when I ordered and yet the person serving me was throwing the rice and beans and meat on the plate like her life was about to end. The bowl resulted in lots of rice, a handful of beans, and a few pieces of chicken and steak all sloppy… Some of it landed outside the bowl. The steak was mostly raw (I noticed when I got home and had to re-cook it) and I realized I went out of my way to pay for subpar ordering experience and food.
These workers need supervision and training. They should take pride in what they are doing to ensure food is fully cooked before moving it to the trays. Fake your attitude if you have to, that’s part of the job. Fake a smile, listen to the order and take your time platting it, make it look nice, take payment without attitude and thank the customer for stopping by.

I hope that District Manager Jorge Montes is paying attention. This location needs an overhaul. I used to eat here once a week. With 4 kids, that adds up. But over the last year I’ve reduced that frequency to every once in a while when I hope the experience will be different than the last. But now I wonder if this is just the new standard for Chipotle. There will always be a paper sign on the door blaming “increased demand” for being out of something. They will always serve portions smaller than Taco Bell. They will always treat a customer like they are unreasonable for not wanting the bottom of the dried out chicken. It’s cool. I get it now. I pass Moe’s and Taco Bell to get to Chipotle. I will stick with those options in the future.

Every time we visit it’s so dirty. Looks like people had a food fight and I have to clean my own table every time. How hard is it to wipe down tables now and then?

My experience was TERRIBLE. I ordered a burrito bowl, kids build your own, and side of queso. I also got milk with the kids meal. Upon coming home and opening my meal, I was missing the side of queso and the milk. As you can see on the burrito bowl, half of the bowl is just rice. In the kids build your own, the salsa was basically not there, with a tiny bit in the cutout. The cheese had the same issue, barely being there.

Great in person always but I ordered Uber eats and the bowl came half gone missing the cheese, sour cream, corn, salsa and was half full. Rice was barely cooked. Don’t recommend ordering chipotle if you can’t go in store to get it might as well just order something else

Absolute worst customer service I’ve experienced from any restaurant. Posting a review because this is a continuous issue. Blatant lying and incompetence of simple instructions from a manager on duty. After our awful experience we were ignored after thanking the rude employee. Rude and ugly attitude, for no reason, even after an extremely friendly approach and showing nothing but respect. If you eat here, be sure to watch them make your food until the very end or they’ll lie about what they put on it. I’d like to think the GM sees this and makes a difference, but I see that’s not been the case for previous experiences.

I ordered from doordash and helf of my order was someone else’s. I went back to the place and explained and asked for my correct meal and it is NOT what I ordered. A waste of time and gas money
