Absolutely awful! Bread was hard and chewy so I ended up taking the top bun off and eating the sandwich like a piece of pizza. The onion rings were burnt on the outside yet the breading was raw on the inside (almost powdery around the onion). I wouldn’t have given a bad review, but it’s the third time I’ve tried to eat here in the last year with the same disappointing results. What happened? This place used to be so good

We go here about once a week and every time its perfect! Subs are amazing and their fries are underrated. Always pleasant people working the counter too!

Subby’s is always a fan favorite of mine. I have been going there since I was a kid and the food has only gotten better. I will preface that it is an acquired taste and some may not like it. PRO TIP: Get the Junior size chili with provolone cheese. it is always FANTASTIC!!! I love that they still sell Mike Sells chips as well. Cookies are always a great add on as well.

I came in made a to-go order and felt very uncomfortable and pressured more than once to tip the lady at the register with a speech disability. Then I felt like my food suffered from not tipping enough . Never had this experience but I don’t think you should be forced to tip on a to – go order . Enclosed is my large onion rings super cold also.

DoorDash 3 medium sandwiches from here. It was gross. They were drenched in mayo and there actually was some kind of bottle cap in my sandwich!!!!! It hurt biting down thinking I was eating something soft. Nasty.

Ordered a small cheesesteak combo. Instead of a Subbys cheesesteak, I got a poor imitation of an Arby’s roast beef on a sub bun that was so tough was like chewing leather. Ever since the owner of Subbys started not caring about quality but how fast the orders were put out, this brand has gone downhill. Now that every location is a franchise they’ve really hit rock bottom. This is my last and final ever visit to any Subbys.
