Every time I visit this location at the drive thru you place your order and then they have you pull around and park in the parking lot where another 4-5 cars are waiting. It takes about 10-20 minutes and then they bring all the orders out and go from car to car trying to find the order to the person. The food is then cold and mushy. I would rather sit in the drive thru line and get my food fresh *******edit ***today I received my order at the drive thru and it was fast and accurate much better experience.

DON’T EAT HERE! EVERYTHING IS 2 TO 3 DAYS OLD! there was mold on the chalupa shells, the cinnamon twists are 3 days old it was cooked in bad oil! They don’t change the fryers oil. They carry over old products to be used next day due to dropping to much meat! Don’t get sick! (I’ve seen it and worked for them)

I’ve never eaten inside, only used the drive-through. The food is usually fresh and the staff is always nice. I really feel for the workers here — I know a few have to walk to and from work, and they all seem like genuinely hard workers.

We were at Taco Bell in New Richmond Oct 4th about 12pm. There was one woman working the entire place. She was kind to everyone and worked hard to get the food to people as quick as she could. Taco Bell needs to give this woman a raise! Good work to her! Taco Bell do better for your employees that do show up.

This location is consistently disappointing. Every time my wife or I place an order, something is missing or made incorrectly. I often have to go back to get the order fixed, only to find that it’s still wrong when I return home. The staff here clearly does not pay attention to orders and frequently forgets items.
On 09/28/2025, I picked up a mobile order and immediately had to pull over and go inside because they forgot to give me a $9 item and failed to leave the spicy sauce off my burrito as requested. They remade the missing and incorrect items, but when I got back to my vehicle, I noticed they left off the extra toppings I had paid for. I went back inside again to have that corrected. Finally, once I made it home, I discovered that my Grande Nachos with Slow Roasted Chicken only had two small pieces of chicken on it.
This is the worst Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had, and I would not recommend this location to anyone.

The drive-menu was easy to read, and the person who took my order was patient. I ordered the grilled cheese burrito with steak, which turned out pretty good, but I might have preferred a little more steak in mine. The prices were high, as they seem to be everywhere. Part of our post-covid reality, I suppose.

Waited in the drive thru for 10 mins. A total of 2 cars in the lot for dine in. The other 5 were waiting in the drive thru. Called to make sure the speaker was working and was informed they were swamped. That may be the case if the 5 people in the drive thru were able to order but no one seemed to worry about any of us and only focused on the inside patrons. Terrible experience per usual.

Very nice, the staff was awesome & as we was eating we noticed a young man named Tanner Wright greeting customers as they came in the door so polite & happy! All the employees worked as a team & the Manager was right on top of everything. We for sure will be visiting this Taco Bell! Food was outstanding.

Terrible portions if you do a mobile order store won’t help with refunds or credits. This was a beef swap to chicken add chicken soft taco… where’s the chicken??? Also nice amount of cheese for a normal order. I’d hate to see what easy cheese is.
