Revised review (upping rating to 5 stars): Been back 2 more times. Never had a bad meal. Sweets are homemade and amazing. Time getting food the last two times has been better. One time we called ahead and it eas ready when we arrived, the other we received our food in 15 minutes.
Cute place located in downtown West Dundee right along the bike trail. Service was a bit slow the day I went (35 minute wait to get our food), but the food was delicious. Perrfect for an outdoor breakfast on a fall day.

The quiche and breakfast sandwiches are a great reason to “need” to take a break while riding on the Fox River Trail which runs right next to The Measuring Cup. Everything I’ve had here is wonderful. I haven’t tried their pies yet but that is out of fear for how much I would eat in one sitting.

The panini is overpriced for the amount of toppings, meat, etc and is clearly not grilled. The onions are chopped rather than onion strings and wrong kind of bread is used. Atmosphere was nice and does have good service.
