This is one of two Honey Dew locations in Franklin. This location is on West Central Street near Lee’s Kitchen and across the street from a Shell gas station. I recommend the pistachio muffins, dew drop donut holes, the slushie style coolers, and the blueberry cinnamon iced coffee. Delicious, and importantly, much less expensive than Dunkin and Starbucks. Savor the local flavor of Honey Dew!

Even though it’s under new management it’s he same age left employees behind the counter being mean and obnoxious to me! I had trouble with that he old manager nam d Alicia who did not wantto wait on me and removed me only from the two Franklin stores by police paperwork. When I asked to talk to the new manager the heavy set girl with tattoos would not let me talk with the new owner ! What good is the sign if the new owner ship won’t talk to previous customers! I have no trouble at any other honey do except for Franklin ! I thought the new owners would change the rude policy there. I did nothing wrong to begin with and would like to explain myself to the new owner. I have to travel to Bellingham to get my coffee! They know what goes on in Franklin and laugh because I am not the only one that has this problem! Please contact me. You have people there that insulted me after the old people left and ripped me apart in front of other people saying they would not serve me

UPDATE: it has been a year and their staff is improved. Still some issues with burnt bagels every once in a while and they never ever have Mac and cheese at this location but on the whole they are getting better.

Everytime I go it seems like they have someone brand new who doesn’t know what they’re doing. They are always out of items. There is zero consistency. I usually get a sandwich and a flavored red bull. The bagel is either black or barely cooked and the red bull drink always tastes and looks different (sometimes it’s not even in the same size cup even though they informed me there is only one size). Something is always wrong.
Seems to me like they need better management organization, and training.

The food and coffee is always pretty good for the price. Unfortunately, the last few times the service has been mediocre, not bad but certainly not good. However, today I had excellent fast and friendly service from a young man who also gave my dog a treat. Hopefully this continues.

This honeydew is amazing it’s the one that all of other honeydews should try to mimic or mirror if they did the franchise would literally explode again and you would see them like you do DD’S. The employees actually listen to your order and double and triple check, to make sure it is understood, what is being requested even if it forces them to throw out the coffee or some sort of a sandwich it doesn’t matter. they stay very polite regardless of any mishaps.I believe the key element is the female shift leader/ manager that is there most weekday mornings. she’s very personable with all customers and she runs a no-nonsense type of atmosphere when it comes to her employees very well-managed

I’m giving two stars because the evening employees have great attitudes. Anytime I go before 4, the woman I see always has a terrible attitude and doesn’t listen to me. Then, once I have to correct her because she doesn’t listen – the attitude gets worse. The only reason I still go is because it’s closer to my job than the one downtown. I go here on my break and rarely is my cappuccino how I want it, and I get a terrible attitude on top of that. I wouldn’t recommend it as I’m unsure if I’ll continue to get my drinks here.

They don’t seem to care about quality I’ve gotten an iced drink only for it to be warm and super dark and strong tea compared to dunkin donuts. they always distracted talking to one another not realizing another customer had come in. There is usually 3 employees there but sometime only one works while they all talk to each other. So rude

I like Honeydew’s bagels better than Dunkin Donuts’. I tried one with pastrami and cheese. The bagel and the pastrami were both good but it was microwaved, and extremely hot and messy. I think it would have been better toasted, or just lightly microwaved, or just cold.
