The deep-fried calamari was a major disappointment; it was bland, rubbery, and lacked any characteristic crunch, appearing to be microwaved rather than fried. This was my second attempt at dining here, and unfortunately, the rest of the meal was equally poor. The sushi rice was poorly rolled and flavorless, the wasabi lacked heat, the miso soup was bland, and the salad dressing was thin and watery. The service here is great, but unfortunately, that’s not enough to make up for the food.
