As a high volume store, they need more staff and organization in the AM. I waited over 10mins for iced coffee.
Store was out of medium sized cups today, which is inexcusable (not fault of line workers).
I was also charged incorrectly for my order and realized after the fact.

I’m surprised by the low reviews because this is my favorite Dunkin in Columbia. Sometimes the greetings in the drive-thru are less than stellar, but they are the most consistent in terms of making drinks correctly and well. If I want it done right, I will go a little out of my way to go to this location over the others. There’s also a lady who works the window and is SUPER friendly.

Order3d at drive through because app isn’t working properly. Person at drive thru window has zero greeting or no manners, but i can overlook that. Ordered avocado “toast” the bread was not toasted AT ALL. It was just sliced wheat bread with spread on it. Couldn’t even ice it up because it became soggy under spread. Crazy amount of pepper. I was disappointed as I’ve had this once in the past from there, and it used to be delicious, so I wanted to try it again.

Great service and perfect coffee and sandwiches. Small store with a great hard working staff with nice friendly attitudes. This Dunkin has a small but super busy drive thru but they are efficient at keeping the line moving fast! Nicely done and worth the visit!

They wouldn’t serve me at 7:37 pm even though their posted hours say 8pm. I went to the drive thru window and was told that they already threw away all the donuts. One of the employees flipped me off (as seen in posted video).

The two female workers working on 05-06-25 were extremely rude and disrespectful. They were completely unprofessional and should not be working in a place that deals with customers. They should be retrained on how to treat customers or not be employees there. Completely unacceptable behavior. They were rolling their eyes, speaking with a very angry tone, and even practically threw the straws at me when I asked for straws since they gave us none. She also grabbed the phone out of hand when I was looking for my free donut reward for national donut day. Very poor experience.
