This place is absolute fire. The nicest staff you can ask for, a very present and attentive owner, and a rotating, interesting, and tasty menu. The drinks are on point and the bartenders will craft custom drinks to your taste. The brunch is out of this world. You will absolutely have a great day or night here.

So far, so good. Cheyenne offered a drink made with fresh pomegranate juice and house-made syrups. We tried the Brussels sprouts, but the wings stole the show—super smoky and cooked perfectly. The ranch was creamy and delicious.

Such a cute modern vibe. Excellent customer service, so friendly and welcoming. The food and drinks were delicious, especially the mimosa bar. It was a wonderful venue for a baby shower.

Ash Gastropub in Chicago is such a great find! I started with the crispy brussels sprouts Asian style, super flavorful and perfectly crispy, and then had the pasta special with shrimp. It was creamy, rich, and just really hit the spot and the shrimp were cooked perfectly too. On top of all that, the service was awesome! Super friendly and made the whole night even better. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to.

The food here is top notch. One of the best steaks in Chicago and I’ve eaten at all the top steakhouses. Bartender Cheyenne made these refreshing gin infused watermelon cocktails. So good.

More like Ash Asstropub. Seated at 6:30pm. Took 25 min to get our orders in (we ordered our appetizers and food at the same time because we noticed a lot of tables were just sitting there waiting, too). Then, noticed they had only two people working the bar AND the tables during dinner on Valentine’s Day, and one hostess doing the majority of the food runs. Not a good sign, and makes ZERO sense to have that low of staff on this particular night. Didn’t get our appetizers until 7:30pm (3 scallops that tasted like 3 piles of salt, and mozzarella sticks that were… passable). Didn’t get our dinner until 8:00pm (pasta and chicken sandwich), so that’s an hour and half until we got dinner. Chicken was so dry that it felt like I just trekked through the Sahara desert for the last month without water. Pasta sauce was super watery, so at least I could hydrate myself from the dehydrated chicken-based product they called a “sandwich.” Won’t be back. Ever. Asstropub: for the love of all things holy- do better.

ASH Gastropub was AMAZING! Anthony and his team were great to work with! We had a large group of 22, all from out of town, and Anthony made sure to have everything set up and ready to go. He even took the time to personalize our menu with our company name at the top! The food was DELICIOUS! Loved the farm to table experience, fresh meats & veggies, all prepared in a non-traditional way, like the garlic parm brussels! SO GOOD! Everything came out hot & fresh, courses were paced perfectly, and we definitely went home FULL! Thank you Anthony and all of your team members! Will definitely be back!

Great atmosphere, delicious and unique menu options, and good service. Took a group for an after business meeting wind down dinner and everyone was pleased. The Asian Brussels sprouts were delicious. The wings of all flavors were perfection. Plank salmon magnifique. Macaroni…yes, please! The fries and street corn potatoes absolutely fire. Definitely will be back.

5 Star Brunch experience for sure! I had the Strawberry Cheesecake Pancakes with a side of swine, and Jenn had the biscuits and gravy with scrambled eggs. And of course you can’t have a proper brunch without bottomless mimosas… pineapple bottomless mimosas. The staff was on point and super friendly and accommodating. Those pancakes were absolutely nothing short of delicious. I will definitely be back. In fact, I can’t wait !!!
