Generally good and most employees are great, but they just won’t work with you when they mess up on an order.
They totally messed up one order, and I was told I waited too long (next day) and to let them know the same day. It happened again and I let them know IMMIDIATELY and they still told me to kick rocks, lol

While there are some friendly staff members, I’ve noticed that the food quality can be inconsistent. On some visits, the meals are outstanding, but other times, like when the pizza is overcooked and lacks flavor, it doesn’t meet expectations. Focusing on maintaining consistent freshness and flavor could really enhance the overall dining experience.

If you like your order to be made with half the toppings and almost 2 inches of crust, orders not made correctly, and have door dash delivery drivers say cash tip only though you already added a tip when you paid on the papa johns app. Apparently the door dash people say they don’t get that tip. And can’t do anything about the issues if they don’t answer or if it’s late and they close. Sadly this happens on the regular…

Horrible customer service! A pizza place knows they are going to be slammed on Halloween. I expected it to be busy. After an hour & a half, they still couldn’t tell me how long until it was done. One girl kept saying it’s in oven, 15-20 mins then another kid comes & says he has no idea how long, meanwhile the manager is not doing anything, snapping at customers & no one seems to know what is going on.

Got a low quality pizza with a high price, and they didn’t even follow the special instructions. The pizza was pretty gross and just mushy. Also, obviously some one there has any idea how to not pile all the toppings in the middle of the dang pizza.

The new epic crust pizza is absolutely amazing! I’m going to start running in order to be able to eat this and still stay fit haha. The staff at this particular Papa John’s is really nice, polite and friendly. All in all, definitely recommend
