The food looked like chopped up dog food, slimy, and like they just threw it on the bread. It definitely doesn’t look like the picture on the menu or on the outside advertising. I would never go back and I haven’t been to Arby’s in 15 years and the one time I do go back this is what I get no wonder I’ve always drove passed because they false advertise and thats not ok. Hourly yall get yall stuff together.

I went through the drive through today and got a classic roast beef and curly fries. The fries were so gross. They tasted like they had been cooked in cold, old oil. They were not hot or fresh. My sandwich was cold and the bun tasted old too. I am so disappointed because I rarely go to Arby’s because it is pricy for what you get. This Arby’s is particularly hard to get into if you are turning left into it because the traffic is so bad so turning around wasn’t an option for me to give back the worst fries I have ever had. It was a sad drive back home and a hungry one. I will say that the guy working the drive through was super nice.

3 times in a row now we have ordered door dash and 3 times in a row we have not gotten the classic roast beef sandwiches that we ordered. Always get the 2 beef and cheddar but not the 2 classics… Please have your people check the orders thoroughly because my wife is very angry and I have to deal with it.

Second time I went for the 5 for $15.
I guess they hire employees that can’t count to five because for the second time I received only 4 and had to waste my time and gas money to go back and get the 5th then eat cold sandwiches. I watched the cook make all 5 but the greasy kid up front failed. Then gave me bad attitude when I called him out on the missing sandwich. Beware you will need to supervise their employees to get the proper meal.

The restaurant reeks so bad of SEWAGE we could not stand to be inside to pick up our meal, let alone dine-in as we had planned. DISGUSTING and has been going on for months. I feel bad for the employees. This cannot be healthy for anyone. We will not go back again.

The curly fries tasted like they had been fried in very old oil. There were no curls in the fries. The pieces I got were hard, small crunchy fries-the leftovers and the fry box was not full.. They were not fresh. I got a different burger than the one I ordered. The burger was well done on the outside, but red, not pink, on the inside. The worst tasting burger ever. The young guys were not friendly at all. I’m not going back.

Bought the new chicken bacon sandwich. Ate their so it would be hot. The entire sandwich cold, I mean cold not cooled down, COLD. Bacon severely under cooked, etc. Took it back and the sandwich probably just got microwaved, bacon still barely edible. So no apology just dumped it off like I had the problem about food safety. This is the first time I’ve had an issue there but with the attitude it’ll be the last. Other reviews have this place at 3.6. I can see why. Staff sucks! The worst!

Don’t stop often, but Arby’s has been a favorite for decades. Much more expensive now, but the sandwiches were well made. Glad to see potato cakes on the menu-every place has fries. And service was excellent.
