Made reservation online. Took my staff there last night. Dined family style where we all shared appetizers, pastas, chicken parm and meatballs. Everything was top notch. Best meal I’ve had in some time and we were just in Rome in Dec. our server Brooklyn was so friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was perfect! Cannot wait until we’re back in Saskatoon again to try other menu items. You have to go on see for yourself

Portions were smaller than expected for a family style menu, and wasn’t really filling. The seafood bake was flavourful with plenty of mussels, but lighter on the shrimp and squid. It was good to try once, but probably not something I’d order again, especially for the price.
The bolognese, however, was amazing. Perfect pasta to sauce ratio and a rich, well seasoned, meaty sauce.
Such a warm, vibey, cozy, and lively atmosphere. Staff were welcoming and friendly throughout. I’ll def be back to try more of their menu!! (*＾ω＾*)

We stumbled upon Bar Stella after the Cactus Club was full and this was the best thing that could have happened to us. Food was unbelievably good and staff were incredible. If you’re in Saskatoon this is a must visit!!!

Wow. Was so impressed by the atmosphere, the staff and the food. Wish we had a restaurant like this in Regina. The dishes we tried were all tasty. We chose to order a number of different options and then enjoyed them family style. It was a great way to get to try lots of different flavours.
We ate up on the rooftop patio which gave the meal some extra clout with the open air and the Saskatoon view above the tree tops. Highly recommend.

We were in town for a housing conference and stumbled upon Bar Stella—what a great find! The cozy vibe and welcoming atmosphere made it a perfect spot within walking distance from our hotel. I ordered the pesto and added a meatball, and it exceeded my expectations—creamy, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. I paired it with a perfectly made Red Sangria (I had 2, LOL), which was the cherry on top. If Saskatoon were closer, I’d be dining here every week! The guy who served us the tiramisu was probably the owner. Couldn’t say no to it. It was on the house!

We had pesto with spaghetti and gnocchi with chicken, followed by cannoli for dessert. Definitely get the add on meat. The portions where a bit small for someone with a larger appetite like myself especially the cannoli’s. This was compensated for with very rich flavour if that’s your thing. Overall good quality, but it’s a bit pricey for the amount of food you get. Nice dark mellow atmosphere at night , decent service.

We had a wonderful dinner at Bar Stella before attending a play in Saskatoon. Even without a reservation, we were seated right away. We started with mozzarella sticks as an appetizer, along with some drinks, and for our mains we ordered the truffled gnocchi and Sonia’s lasagna. For dessert, we shared the tiramisu — everything was absolutely delicious!
Our server, Celine, was fantastic — very friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly valued as guests. The atmosphere was amazing, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We’ll definitely be back!
