They let their employees play on their phones instead of taking care of people’s orders, waited almost 10 minutes at the second window for my food while this guy was on his phone! He should be fired for making a line form behind me and making me wait near 10 minutes for what they call fast food!

Daughter went through the drive thru and got charged $6.50 for a single cheeseburger. When she inquired about it as the app reported $2.50 for the price they said they didn’t know and that the price of everything just went up. Employee was crabby and she was uncomfortable to ask anything further. No receipt given to her either which probably means they made a mistake, but were too cowardly to own up to it. Pretty sure that’s the price of the entire meal. Unacceptable.

Ordered the ultimate bundle for $30 on the app and the people working here are awesome and swapped out a chicken sandwich for an extra whopper. Much appreciated! That’s why customers come back!

Typical run-of-the-mill Burger King but this location is always extremely clean, extremely quick, extremely accurate, and has an amazing staff. I can’t seem to spend less than $50 at least when we come here and there is never anything missing always accounted for cooked hot and fresh and the staff is super friendly. It’s how everyone should run their companies and how every employee should act at whatever job you do. They make fast food great again!

The food was subpar with chicken nuggets rubbery and lots of out of stock menu items. It was a disappointment, specially since app coupons werent granted here. The employee in the drive thru made it clear he didn’t want to be there.

The nuggets were very old. I know the nuggets must have been like 2 hours old. The whopper wasn’t any different. My chicken sandwich was fresh so at least that was nice. The funny thing is that this review wont matter because the District Manager will send an email saying ” We need to follow Chef” when a program like chef doesn’t work well in the first place. Also the stupid demand on window times is the real problem. Other fast food companies don’t even track window times anymore. Its not a productive metric. Its because Bk/Cave demands speedy window times that employees are forced to hold food way too long on slower days because to go “Cook to order” on a day where you may have 20 customers would make window times not within range. Its your fault Cave/BK not the employees you’ll email about this.
