Couldn’t be more disappointed and I don’t even like subway. My fiancé wanted a subway sandwich so I offered to get it. I made a mobile order with his meal and a drink for me and arrived 10 minutes after making the order (so you’d think it’d be done.. right?). I said I had a mobile order and she didn’t see it or didn’t believe me.. idk so I brought my phone in and proved it. Had the address correct, said I’d paid already, what was on my order, should’ve been plenty. She looked at it and told me I didn’t order it even though it’d said I paid.. okay. So she grabs the other girl and just as confused they start grabbing tablets and trying to find it. Here’s the thing: I already proved I ordered. Make it. They go back and forth for about 20 minutes while I watch them take other customers orders and those customers leave. One girl said multiple times that she thinks they should just make my order, while the other girl kept saying no and telling her “it’s not here because she didn’t even order it”. Interesting for a minimum wage job’s employees to be judging how much money grown ups make. They finally go to make my order (1 sandwich was all they had to make!!!!!) and I grab the bag of chips and start to fill the drinks and she comes over and asks “you didn’t pay for 2 drinks, did you?” and when I said yes didn’t seem to believe me I’m sorry but for like $8 an hour yall take this job way too seriously for a sandwich that my fiancé said was disgusting.

I order a sandwich and there was a piece of of plastic in there. I asked for Italian bread and they gave me white bread. I won’t be ordering from here ever again. Especially for the sandwich’s to be so expensive now

Rude location!!! They don’t acknowledge customers as they come in! Customer service here sucks! And I believe the owner works here and takes everything for a joke the dude with the beard! Believe me word of mouth works!

I’ve always liked this subway. The people are always nice and the lady tonight had me to try the raspberry lemonade cookies. I hope they are good. I miss the raspberry cheesecake ones:(. The food is always fresh and veggies look great. and there’s always some wee woo’s sitting in the corner. So I assume the food is safe;).

Order a sweet onion chicken teriyaki sandwich. Supposed to have chicken strips, chunks of chicken. Instead I got some type of sliced meat which looks like turkey. And not alot of it. This is terrible.

I placed an app order for carryout today (1/13/25). It was ready before the estimated time but was never marked as complete in the app, so who knows how long it had been sitting out. I ordered the soft pretzel, which tasted burnt and a bit dry. I also ordered the 6in cold cut combo meal since it was the deal of the day. The sandwich was made correctly, but the bread was crunchy/stale even though it was around noon. They were out of all the cookies except for a handful of stale-looking oatmeal raisin, so I opted to swap out the cookies I picked in the app for a bag of chips. The combo also came with a drink, but half of the options were out of order, the pop came out warm, and they were completely out of ice. I’m not sure what is going on at this location since we almost never really have an issue with them.

Employees are rude, seem like they hate their jobs, owner was there and too busy with inventory to care about customer service! $2.80 more for the same exact meal as I get in Winfield ( Crown Point)!??? Veggies are not fresh!
