Perhaps the worst meal ever. “nibbles” as first course was two different types of butter, 6 dilly beans and a slice of farmers cheese with rolls and muffins…ok for a starter. Soup course was supposed to be broccoli cheese – served tepid and the broccoli was under cooked, probably from a frozen bag. Main course was absolutely the worst thing ever put in front of me. Lobster Mac and Cheese with Shrimp. It smelled fishy, had shells in it and was inedible. Everyone in the room did not eat it. It was served cold, dried out and down right awful.There was a $10 up charge for the dish. The short ribs over grits was much the same, cold and unappetizing. Asked for a refund, they only gave me a credit for the main course. The Inn itself was a cozy place, cocktail bar was cute. They really need to give the bathrooms a thorough cleaning. Felt bad for the server, she took the brunt of a terrible experience.

If you are in the Valle Crucis area you need to go here. Great little spot for kids to play and run around. Good beer and a little store with drinks and snacks that are not expensive. Live music, two horses that are friendly, and super cute and friendly goats. We make a stop here daily when staying in Valle Crucis or Blowing Rock. And of course beer and wine.

It’s a beer garden they serve wine mostly and a little bit of beer I think they had some coors not really for me but my wife loves wine so she loved this place , not sure about food .

This place is mainly for drinks, they have a variety of light snacks and some refrigerated sandwiches. Two Sweet horses out back you can pet. Great place to relax and have a beer or two or glass of wine.

Gabe, tending bar was great! Beer was very good. Delivery of food horrible. Over 25 minutes to get 2 pizzas AND a party of 5 adults and 5 children who arrived almost 10 minutes after us received their food 1st! Sadly we will no be back. Kitchen management team needs to “step up”…orders placed 1st should be delivered 1st.
