This is a very sketchy Dunkin site and just looks very dirty. I’ve been a couple times and 50/50 on getting good service or not. Last time I went the guy was nice and gave me an extra doughnut, but when I went a week ago they messed up my order and refused to remake it while proceeding to get frustrated at me. Good for a quick stop if you don’t really care about vibes or taste, but definitely not a main line typical vibe. Also, there are always sketchy people around that Dunkin especially at night.

This dunkin donut is across the small street to a karate school so the parents often park there to quickly drop off the kids (don’t even take more than 5 minutes). Sometimes the parents (including me) take the kids in for the drinks or donuts, or they get gas there, so this place does benefit from being close to the karate school anyway. Moreover, this place is not very or packed with the customers or the customers cannot find the parking. Today, i pulled in and got the kids to drop off, this guy (i assume he works or is the manager) from this dunkin donut was waiting in the font and told me and others that we can’t park here. We told him it was quick drop off but he didn’t care; and we looked around this parking lot is pretty empty, why made a big deal with this and gave a bad impression about this place. That is a stupid way of running business. I don’t think anyone should use any services here. Technically next time i will tell him, go ahead a call the tow truck, and see when the truck here, they barely find any cars to towed.

Good Evening Family. I visited before my doctor’s appointment. My appointment is across the street. Its at 7:10 AM. I decided on a medium decaf hot coffee black with pumpkin. It was delicious!!! Then I went and sat in my car until my appointment. My visit at Dunkin was good. A good experience here today. I tipped the coffee staff. Have a good night, workout, be active and mobile, fit and fabulous especially for people over 50 years of age.

I do not recommend Dunkin’ Donuts, Bryn Mawr. Not friendly, warm or engaging. Looks nasty inside, especially for a business on the main line. I suggest Wawa or better yet the bakery right next-door.

The smell of this place is unGODLY as it smells of rotten milk. The have a NON FUNCTIONAL gas station in the front where you swipe your card and it says “a hold will be placed.” Then you go inside to the smell of a rotting sewer and they tell you they have no gas…………

Dear Mr B. I thank God for you. All I can say is thank you. He was so gracious, and the managers looked out for me as I counted out change for gas. Mr B thank you for helping me get enough gas to get home. Plus they donated a cup of coffee and a donut while I was counting out my change. I kept apologizing because I was embarrassed after being let go from my job. The change was from my tips accumulated over the last few weeks. They were very patient as I counted it out, they even helped. Thank you all, you blessed my whole soul tonight. Thank you

I understand that during rush hour it can be a bit hectic, but its pretty chaotic once it starts here. Customers are experiencing lengthy waits (wasn’t just me), staff yelling at customers. Just all around terrible customer service. One woman had been waiting at the gas station portion of the store (that the DD employees were also in charge of) for 15 minutes after being told by the staff to wait until she is served. Once they could finally get to her, they told her that the register is closed! And don’t get me started on mobile orders. If you like placing mobile orders on the DD app, expect to be waiting an extra 5-10 minutes on arrival even if you set the order 15-20 minutes ahead of time.
Maybe this place just needs more employees and the current ones are overworked, but for now I can’t give them a good rating.

The lady is the most rudest Dunkin worker I have ever come across. She literally makes my coffee wrong every morning. You ask her to fix it she gets nasty and gives attitude.Worst service EVER! I swear she needs to be fired! The men in the store are much nicer and polite! That old lady needs to go!
