Genuinely the best BK I have ever been to. Went through the drive-thru around 11pm or so on 2/24, did not have to wait at all, and our order was correct.
Additionally, this is the only Burger King that truly understands what “extra” means. I ordered extra pickles and onions and they absolutely provided.
If I lived closer to this location I would go here 10/10 times.

It’s always something wrong with this Burger King. It is 1055. Y’all don’t close till 12 so why is it closed? Why are you not taking all orders? I sit in line for like 10 minutes drove around the building and y’all still ain’t taking no orders. this is a shame every time I come down this way to pick up my daughter from Walmart. It’s always a problem. I always got a call in on these little raggedy people.

Ordered for delivery, missing half of my order, nearly 10$ in food unacceptable. Grossly negligent and very ignorant. Last time I’ve entered the location an employee was yelling at their children from behind the counter to stop, why are they babysitting their kids at work…??? Sigh, seems like every fast food restaurant visit lately has been a less than positive experience. Today’s visit was no different.
Was able to order quickly. Then went to the restroom. (Which was clean.)
When I returned to the counter to await my food…a group of 3 men had brought back their sandwiches. None of them had cheese as ordered.
I had ordered a bacon double cheeseburger and a Hershey Sundae Pie…both long-term favorites. Unfortunately my sandwich…both the meat and bun were dry.
Sigh.

Staff is extremely rude, and I’ve never cared for that but you have to get someone’s attention in the chicken to even talk to someone and they even just randomly shut down the drive-thru while I was waiting (after they told me to wait) and weren’t responding for over half an hr. I even called and asked if they were open.

I want it on record that Taliyah and Tiffany are absolutely amazing. I went to Burger King and they were the only people doing customer service and food. They were so professional and calm and friendly despite everything being against them. Frankly, they deserve a raise. Well done, ladies!

They are quick and accurate with the food orders, but the management team needs to work a bit more on ensuring they give each guest the attention necessary even when it’s busy. They have tendencies to get a little flippant or dismissive about follow-up questions/guest satisfaction when finishing up orders when they are busy.

My go to lunch is usually the local BK. Stoped in to this BK and found friendly people. The ordered foods were prepared correctly. I enjoyed the double Cheeseburger and fries meal. A good deal for the money. The place was clean and orderly.

Ordered 2 wraps and onion rings. Waited over 20 mins in the drive thru. Chicken looks like it had been sitting under the heat lamp for hours. Also got a combo of buffalo and honey mustard on 1 wrap lol. Beware of this BK.
