The lady at the front wasn’t respectful at all. We ordered mad nice; we even told her we’d be right back. We came back, and we brought over $40 worth of food. Usually every Chinese food place would give a free drink, but she didn’t. She had an attitude the whole time we walking in. Shen she asked if we wanted sauce; we said yes on the plantains. Then she bagged everything up, and we weren’t even done. We asked her for sauce on the other food, and she started whispering underneath her breath to the cook in her language as if we were bothering her. She kept trying to rush us out without making sure we were satisfied, and that bothers me because all we did was order and ask for sauce. Why are u being so disrespectful and dismissive?

One of the best Chinese Take Out Restaurants in Uniondale. The owner is always kind and makes sure each customer gets great service and food. Also they always get your food to you within a decent time frame when you order delivery. So far I have yet to be disappointed.

Sensitive mfrs . I call to place an order and they okay it. Then they call back. I miss i I call a few seconds later going like heloooo. Didnt head anything. Then I call back again and they start cursing at me and the bunag up I kept calling back trying to figure the problem but they never stopped

I called and placed an order for delivery with restaurant, and the price that they were charging me did not match the rates on the menu. Then when I went over the rates they were trying to charge me an extra hidden tax in my price. When the delivery guy arrived, I gave him the exact change because they charged me for the delivery plus their get-over rate. The delivery guy throw the change at me because I did not give him a tip. THAT IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. I called the restaurant to report what the delivery guy did and he said he didn’t care. UNPROFESSIONAL AND I AM GIVING THEM THIS POOR REVIEW AND I ENCOURAGE AS MANY AS POSSIBLE NOT TO USE THEIR SERVICES AT THIS LOCATION.
