We placed our order around 8:07 PM and received the wrong food about 30 minutes later. We immediately called the store and were told they would take care of it. After waiting another 30 minutes with no update, we called back and were told they couldn’t get in touch with the driver. They said they would call us back, but we never received a call.
We called again and offered to come pick up the order ourselves. At that point, we were told the driver was on the way with our food. Another 30 minutes passed and still no delivery. So we called yet again and were told — once again — that they couldn’t reach the driver, despite previously telling us he was on the way. We were placed on hold for 20 minutes and eventually had to hang up and call back.
We offered, again, to come pick up the order, but were told the driver had it. We even asked if they could simply remake the food and we would pick it up ourselves. It was close to closing time, and it seemed clear they did not want to remake the order. At that point, after more than three hours on a school night and still no food, we reluctantly gave up.
Why wasn’t the order remade and delivered? Why did we have to repeatedly call for updates? Why were we left on hold for 20 minutes without anyone returning to the line? This was a complete breakdown in customer service. The employee we spoke with was polite, but waiting over three hours and receiving nothing is simply unacceptable.

Great location, and it was pleasant to see this franchise location very clean.
I ordered a pizza and the famous Cheese Sticks. This was a Saturday and they were super busy (a good problem). Make sure you order ahead of time, especially on the weekends.

1. Don’t ever order boneless wings or wings in general from Papa johns. 1st mistake ordering wings from A Franchised Pizza Joint.
2. They weren’t even fully tossed in sauce, which I Kinda was already expecting. Maybe it’s just the location

Wow. I’ll 2nd that the employees really need to get up to speed. Quick!
Place an online order. Got confirmation. Walk into store and they can’t find my order. Looked up by phone and name. Can’t find it. Tell me i must have ordered from another store. So I walk back out to my car. Get my phone. Walk back in. Show them my confirmation number. A few min later another girl has to come up and she finds it. I waited for 30 min at the store for it to complete. Had time to go into mexican place next door. Get guac dip and eat it all before my order was ready.
Ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra cheese. Extra cheese usually means the whole pizza, right? 1 whole slice had NO cheese. The slice next to it had very little. Rest of pizza was NOT extra! Very very frustrated.
I understand they are a newer location and they were extremely busy. BUT…. While I was there, another customer came in to get the rest of her order that was not delivered with her order. And a 2nd customer wasnt happy about something. My family will NOT be ordering again for a while. Hopefully they get past their growing pains!

Ordered a works pizza along with other stuff. Took an hour to arrive and then I received a pizza with little to no meat on it. All pizzas ordered were undercooked and lacked flavor. VERY disappointed

This papa John’s is absolutely horrible, how they’re in business is beyond me. The pizza is undercooked, raw dough, toppings thrown all in the center of the pizza, I honestly can’t help but wonder if they prepped my pizza like this due to my name on the order. All the employees are not friendly to minority’s. I’ll attach a pic of this pizza just delivered so the all the toppings in the center… perhaps they have a center option, like the half when it comes to toppings? Idk. 0 stars to this to this racs….. nvm. Sorry papa John’s. Close down for the sake of other papa John’s that actually care.

I ordered the XL New York style pizza. I told them to hold the order until around 8pm since it was only 7:35pm. And the order hasn’t been received, had to go over there to place the order. And wait for it, Im going to give this 3 stars instead of 5 stars due to the pizza not being ready by the time given. Im sorry Papa Johns! I know its a recent location. But please do better in your performance. Thank you!

I had an absolutely shocking and unacceptable experience with one of the delivery drivers from Papa John’s. During a delivery, that wasn’t to my home, a driver was caught on my camera engaging in extremely inappropriate behavior—he exposed himself and urinated on my property. This was all captured on video, and it’s something that no one should ever have to experience.
This type of behavior is not only deeply unprofessional but also highly disturbing. I urge the company to take immediate action to address this issue and ensure that this driver is held accountable for his actions. I hope that they will implement stricter measures to prevent anything like this from happening in the future.
Until then, I cannot recommend papa John’s to anyone and I will never eat from there as the driver fondled himself while delivering pizzas.
This experience has left me appalled and concerned decency of my neighborhood.

Pizzas are fine, if they would have been prepared when we asked them to be ready. I’m not sure what the point of having a time for pick up option on your website is if you aren’t going to go by that. Ordered the pizzas for a party to be picked up at 6. Got a text at 5:30 that they were ready. When I asked I was told they do not go by the times and make the pizzas as they are ordered. When I said so the pizzas just sit up there, she said yes but there’s a heat lamp so they will still be hot. I’m not paying for old pizza sitting under a heat lamp. Remove the option to pick a time if you refuse to go by the expected times.
