Not that this place needs my review, but felt it was obligatory considering how well they treat me here. Stellar customer service and the coffee is amazing. I had visited today and a customer was being really hostile and belligerent even revisiting the store a few minutes apart and Sophia who works here maintained a high sense of professionalism all while still being very kind to me afterwards, not missing a beat. Really appreciate everything they do here

First time at Peet’s Coffee and I thought it felt like Starbucks at first. But then you see all the staff with big smiles and just full of positive energy greeting everyone with so much joy. Sometimes it’s the coffee, but the staff is more important! They can brighten anyone’s day with great attitude and a smile . Plus, their coffee is good .

It is said that this is what inspired Starbucks. It has been around since 1966, and in my opinion, the coffee here is far better than Starbucks. There aren’t many locations, but if you happen to be in the mood for coffee and come across this café, you must stop by.

(5 photos) The new center this Peets is in is wonderful. Lots of great things to do after you have had your Peets coffee. The service was a little slow and disorganized, but that could be “chalked up” to it only being open 5 days (Monday, we visited Saturday). Parking was very crowded, but that could also be tied to the fact that there are so many new establishments just opening. The particular coffee we had was so-so. All in all, the experience was kind of blah, but we would be happy to try it again after it has been opened a while and have had a chance to work out the kinks.
