I’ve got say this pizzahut so far has been on point since we moved close by. Never had a messed up order, always hot n fresh, and never have problem with ahead of time orders put out early….. So always fresh. One issue with a ride employee but manager stepped in immediately and resolved so i was super impressed.

I had to throw my order out. Order a dinner box. Pizza arrive cold. Chicken was hard and chewy. Barley any barbecue sauce. Bread sticks had a wired taste to them. Has if some was cleaning and then touch the bread sticks. I will not order from this location again. Family got food poisoning.

Last week got a 50 dollar carry out and lady just read my phone number back to me to day I put In a carry out for two garden salads and the lady on the phone demanded I know my phone number and refused to take my order. This place has very bad customer service. Point is they could see what number I called from .am I the only person thar doesn’t know there own phone number..and I use carry out because delivery take for ever. So I normally love this place , but I dropped, my cash in-between the seat, why does this matter you wonder, they asked me to move my truck. I was there to get my food, to remind you. I get to the window. It took me about -5-7 minutes. , I even gave them a 10 dollar tip for one pizza, and they called the law on me. I won’t be ever eating at this place again. You know I don’t think I have ever had better customer service from a pizza place than I did tonight. I ordered my pizza and bread sticks and ordered two extra marinara sauces. Our delivery guy got here and when I looked I had no extra sauce. Mind you I was kinda mad about it but I was able to stop the delivery guy before he left. I told him what happened and he told me on his next run he would bring me the sauce. Now at this point I told him that would be amazing if you would. About 15 to 20in later he was back with not just 2 marinaras but 3. I never thought I would see that man again but he proved me wrong. I want to personally thank that man for making my night and showing me that there are still amazing workers out there. This man deserves a raise and hopefully he will see this. If he does just remember back to the Future is on me
