They then a lesson in customer service..LYING GETS U NO WHERE!! My food was 30 min past what i was told..called to see what ya going on, my GPS says 7 miss. 20 mins..GPS says any min. Another 20 mins driver finally shows, a simple mistake he forgot 1 of my items back at the store. Now, if I was just told the TRUTH from the start I wouldn’t have started making my own food!!! Open my sandwich its old and hard..trash. grab my cinnamon bites and the sauce that he had to back for and I paid for not even there. The saddest part is, I kept calling mac and the woman is so unprofessional, she wouldn’t answer the phone, never again domino’s.

Delivery driver doesn’t know how to count and took 10$ from me acting like I wouldn’t have noticed. Called to get my money back and was hung up on and was told the driver would bring back my money and never did. 0/10 would never return to this location, workers there are a complete joke!

My pizza was cold, I swore off Dominos 8 months ago due to bad service. However I ended up with a $50 gift card for Dominos. It took 20 minutes for them to figure out how to use the gift card. I’ll find a new pizza joint and until then no more Dominos for me!

Don’t go. I had food poisoning after eating here. I’m not sure if there was a problem with the refrigeration since he was still a warm night but this is literally the first time I ever had acute food poisoning from pizza. It was obviously bad cheese. This is the o e in Greenville, Pa.

Staying at a hotel for the night and decided on dominos. Got a pasta bowl with black olives and spinach. When I get this back home it’s delicious. Not sure what went wrong here but I’m not exactly excited to eat what I received. Very burnt, not enough sauce, poor service. I put in the hotel room number but the driver called me to have me go down and get it. The driver, named Jay, had someone in the passenger seat which threw me off. Wouldn’t recommend this dominos.

This place has gone wayyyyyy downhill. We ordered from there on Friday at 6:04PM and the wait time said 20-30 minutes. Figured that was reasonable since we had somewhere to be by 7PM. I look at the app and see at 6:40PM and the car was still showing at the store. I called and asked when our food would be delivered. She said it was on the way. I waited until 6:45, and checked the app again and it showed the car was on the other side of town. I decided to call back again and the same woman answered. She was very short and said it would be to our house in 2 minutes. At that point we didn’t have time to wait for it, and I told her to cancel my order. Not only did the girl start to get irate and scream at me, but she told me I would have to take it up with my bank for a refund. Also then stating that basically I was in the wrong for them not bringing us the food we ordered in the alloted amount of time.
We definitely won’t be ordering from here anytime soon, and these owners should maybe teach some of their employees some customer service and that they can’t scream at people on the phone. It is such a shame, since we ordered here frequently as well.
