Placed a mobile order here and they are slow. Chicken quesadilla did not even have chicken on it. They didn’t even bag the order completely and tried to short us nacho fries. It looks like they should have hired some better employees instead of moving locations. I would like a partial refund, this location is a joke and I will never be back.

We ordered from here a couple nights ago and I ate one of burritos but I tore the other one in half took a bite and looked down at thw other half to see hair in my burrito!! So disgusting I wanted to puke! I contacted taco bell was told someone one contact mw back and yet nobody has even tried! Them burritos are to expensive for that, definitely will.not be going back

We have had a lot of problems with this particular Taco Bell since the opening of the new store. Maybe 1 out of 5 times is the order right, but today was beyond a mistake and gross! My husband ordered and asked for easy beans and no tomatoes on his Mexican Pizza. But, it was loaded with both.
However, what we were really NOT expecting was him to start eating around the perimeter of what he could only to run into hair which is shown in the pictures below. This is beyond unacceptable!

The guy that took our order was super nice. We were going to eat it there however all the bigger tables were taken by employees 1 at each table. Very disrespectful sit at the smaller tables for families that would like to eat together! I ordered chips with cheese sauce all my chips were what you find on the bottom of the bag tiny pieces. Taco Bell do better so disappointed.

I thought about going to this tack bell but before going I decided to look at the reviews and I am disappointed. After looking at the reviews I can assure you I will NOT eat there. After reading numerous bad reviews of everything under the book you can think of that would go wrong I stopped reading and there were plenty more bad reviews to read. All reviews were responded by the “owner” yet no real change has acurred it seems. Maybe if you physically did something about the store as good as you write back about the reviews you wouldn’t have to write back as much. What a shame.

I had to wait 25 min for 2 burritos. The people serving were nice, but it seemed like organization was not there. It’s disappointing because I really like Taco Bell. They just move at a glacial speed here. Probably going to pass on this next time unless I have an hour to spare.

Of all the Taco Bell’s I’ve ever eaten at and said “well that was a mistake”, this takes 1st place by a mile. If you’ve ever watched videos of people throwing food across the counter and wondered “what would make a person act like that?”, order from this location. Somehow, in today’s society, the kitchen staff here has lowered the bar for idgaf. This place should be reported for fraud if what they push out of the window is for human consumption.

As soon as I walked through the door the cashier looked at me and rolled her eyes and said what do you want. I told her I had placed an order with the app. She looked at me and said I didn’t check you in because we have a 15 minute wait on online orders and my lobby is closed. Then stated you can get online and cancel your order if you like. Never experience anything like this before smh

The photo is a “large fry” that large fry was $3.29 for that amount. In our bag I had ordered nacho and cheese but the chips were just thrown in the bag. Once before it took 3 tries for our order to be right, we had waited 45 minutes so I wouldn’t recommend this place
