Shoulda checked the reviews before I ordered. Pizza was underdone. The slices that were actually cooked were only cooked through because they didn’t have any sauce. We asked for half sausage – it looked like the sausage was just dumped on the pizza randomly with pieces being half sausage half cheese or mostly cheese with random sausage bits on the ends.
So yeah. Sauce messed up, pizza undercooked, sausage strewn willy nilly. Truly an epic fail for whoever was working tonight. At least it was cheap I guess.

Just want to thank the manager on duty at the time I’m writing this review.
There was a problem with the delivery of the order (Doordash was delivering) and it was canceled. I called in to check and see what had gone on and spoke with the manager and he made everything right.
Really want to say that I appreciate my interactions with the store. I think I’ve interacted with the manager once before and he was polite and calm and to the point.

Idk why people have so many complaints for this Location. Maybe it’s the delivery that sucks. My pick up experience was great. Hot and fresh pizza. I got a small Alfredo and spinach pizza. I should have gotten it “well done” but that was my mistake, not there’s. Friendly Service!

Never ordering here again. My order said it would be ready within the range of 8:22pm-8:35pm. Although my order changed to “picked up” in the app, my pizza was still being made. Whoever the male worker was making the pizza, continued to touch and scratch his face, then touch the food items bare handed or without washing his hands. My pizza then proceeded to set uncovered for almost 5 minutes, when I asked again about the status of my order around 8:50pm, the female worker then realized then the pizza had been left sitting not boxed. I FINALLY received my order at almost 9pm. Very unhappy

Terrible establishment the guy answering the phone was very disrespectful and rude would not put the manager on then hung up on me.then when I called back they wouldn’t answer i had to call customer service to have them connect me.once Connected the manager Tony said he did not believe me.and refused to give me the workers name.i order regularly 30 to 80 a order. We ordered in July almost 60 dollars. They had no drivers and used door dash it took the door dash guy over a hr to get here.all the food was cold I called and the manager said he couldn’t send another order out because they were about to close and that he would credit me.so tonight my family wanted to watch movies and eat papa johns. We’ll the manager refused to do anything towards the credit.the worker who initially answered the phone said people call up all the time and try to get free stuff I said well im not that person and I spend alot of money here.i said I will just call corporate and he said go ahead they arent going to do nothing anyway.

I ordered $40 worth of food just to receive not even half of the items that I ordered. I spoke with customer service. They were helpful, but not enough. The nice lady said she would send a ticket up to the upper management, and they’d reach out to me. She also advised I call the store. Called the store to speak with a manager. NO answer. Never ordering from this place again.
