I was excited when this location opened. The vibes are great, the employees are friendly, service is quick. My only complaint is that the majority of the time when I stop in is to pick up a mobile order before work. Therefore I park, walk in, grab my drink and I’m on my way. More than once now at this location I have ordered a venti coffee and a third of my drink is missing before I have taken one sip of it. I either get no whip or light whip on drinks that have it so that is no excuse. Same goes for foam, light foam. I am paying almost $7 for a coffee, I expect it to be filled to the very top every time I order.

DO BETTER STARBUCKS! Be sure to check your order BEFORE you leave/drive away. I ordered extra whip for my coffee drink and I was asked if I would like a larger cup to accommodate the extra whip. I did confirm, picked up my coffee and drove away. I got down the road and after taking one sip realized it didn’t seem like there was extra whip. I removed the lid and noticed a tiny blob of whipped cream. I was too far away to go back but couldn’t believe such a simple request did not happen. Very disappointed I didn’t get my drink the way I like it and ordered it. I expect to get what I paid for!

The team in the morning does decent during the times I’ve visited. They are on top of their game and know a ton of the people that come in. However, the opposite can be said about the employees who work in the evening, particularly some of the females who I often see working the later shift. I’ve noticed a few of them seem to be more interested in getting everything cleaned and closed down, than giving customers the same experience in the evening as they do the morning. I hesitate to go to this location in the later parts of the day, because I feel as though some of the people would rather just take your order and get you out of there rather than interact with you and get to know you as the morning employees do. I don’t get greeted nearly as often, or in as warm a manner as the morning, when I come by in the afternoon. It’s incredibly obvious that some of these people don’t really care about trying to give that welcome cafe experience. There’s one girl in particular that usually has a face piercing and usually a bandaid on her face, that will quite literally close the window to avoid any social interaction. I feel like an inconvenience when I come through during the later parts of the day and get this kind of experience. This store is definitely hit or miss depending on the time of day you visit, so if you do, definitely try for the morning, you’re in for a much better experience.

This is by far the best Starbucks in the area. The atmosphere is very contemporary, clean and inviting. it feels like a little corner of the Emporium from Seattle. It’s the kind of place you would want to stay a while. But what really sets it apart is the staff. They are fantastic. They are always friendly, helpful and go above and beyond, especially Elyse. She always remembers my car and my name! She is so personable and is always the best!
