Terrible. Your staff allows pissed drunks to be in the restaurant. I can’t sit and eat here. Why would I feel comfortable as a woman?! Your staff is also incompetent! Extremely. If you have a customer picking up an order.. figure it out. These two workers female and male went back to work after I asked for my drink?? She took my phone to the proceed to get help and then ignore me.

If you’re a female don’t go to this place, they will ignore you. This is my second time picking up food from this place waited like 10 minutes trying to see if my order was ready, 4 female workers ignored us, looked our way multiple times but didn’t offer any assistance. One of them even went to clean a table after she saw us waiting for 5 minutes didn’t bother to ask if we needed help. Food is good, but they really need to work in assisting every customer.

This was my second time at this place, I called 30 minutes before to place an order. When I picked it up i ask the lady in front and she ignores me, I saw my order in the table but she doesn’t even look up to assist me I understand when they’re in a rush, but she was not even busy the place was empty, I decide to give them a second shot but I won’t come back again, she gotta work in that costumer service really.

The food was not the greatest. My daughter had chicken fingers and French fries she found hair in her food. My sister inlaw got soup, and the soup had a horrible taste. Not a good food in general was horrible.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Me and my boyfriend got the 36.99 combination plate. We had one bite and everything tasted dry and old. We didn’t even eat 3/4 of it and told the waitress to take it back. They refused to take it off the bill. Horrible customer service. Absolutely terrible.

Everything is wonderful and delicious will definitely be back! The pupusas are so delicious and the service is incredible! The flan and rice pudding is great cant believe the portions they give and very reasonable! There is definitely something for everyone.

Love the food, especially the grilled meat and fried yucca. Gets too loud with jukebox but they happily will turn it down if you ask. Great takeout, too. One platter definitely is enough for two. Great pupusas

I had a chicken soup and a can of ginger ale. The chicken was completely under cooked (rubbery and raw), it honestly was the worst chicken I’ve ever had. They billed me $23. If you look at the menu online the chicken soup is $13. So, a $10 can of soda?! I won’t be back.

Pros; it’s delicious food. We usually get the asadas de carne o pollo, pupusas, empanadas de plátano, sopas de mariscos, and it’s the best!!
Cons; delivery sucks , I recommend ordering an hour or two before you’re actually hungry cuz you’ll be waiting for a while. One time I ordered over the phone and they brought it to my house and I didn’t get everything from my order so the guy had to go back and he took another hour to bring what he left at the restaurant. They need to improve the customer service. Also I feel like the people on the phone are dead cuz I ask for sugar on my empanadas and they always “forget”
