My family and I visit this pizza place on a weekly basis, and for good reason. Not only is their food consistently delicious, but their kindness and customer service go far beyond anything I’ve experienced elsewhere. My son, who is on the spectrum and very particular about what he eats, absolutely loves their pizza. There was one day when my son suddenly stopped eating the pizza (totally normal for him), so I called with a question. The staff was incredibly patient, kind, and reassuring. We mainly utilize their drive thru, and for a drive thru, their customer service feels truly personal. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Been coming to this location and the Johns Creek location for years since elementary school. Great and fantastic pizza! Can’t beat the price either. Meanwhile the big corporate pizza bosses at Dominos and Papa John’s charge almost double sometimes triple the price of a large pizza, cheese bread sticks and normal bread sticks can be $30+, where Riverside charges $6-7 for a large pizza, $5 and some change for cheese bread, and $3-5 for normal breadsticks.
Can always rely on Riverside for quick and easy pizza and won’t bust the bank account!

TRAINING OPPORTUNITY – getting pizza on Halloween is crazy, get that… please manage expectations!
– called 5:23pm to order pizza and wings, informed it would be 35 minutes
– arrived 5:50pm, packed full of people, informed 10-15 more minutes
– lots of people leaving with 10 to 30 boxes, asked how much longer at 6:15pm, informed they will expedite and maybe 15 more minutes
– asked 6:30pm if it was ready, I have to be somewhere at 6:45pm. Informed it wasn’t even in the oven left so canceled order
Don’t tell customer 35 minutes when it will be over 1 hour. I would have been fine going somewhere else to pick up food if they were too busy, instead of wasting time driving there and waiting around.
I know they were SLAMMED! Just tell people that. Set guidelines in place, like if you’re going to order more than 5 boxes, it must be placed and paid 24 hours in advance.

My week had been a relentless marathon, but the promise of my favorite pepperoni and olive pizza was the finish line that I craved. Ordering eagerly, i imagined the salty olives complementing the spicy pepperoni. When the I arrived back at my house , my heart raced with anticipation, only to sink at the sight of pineapple instead of olives. Disappointment clouded my excitement as i realized the mix-up. The joy of my anticipated treat had been tainted. Reflecting on how expectations could unravel, I knew that if I ever returned. Even the taste of my black olive and pepperoni pizza would be bittersweet, a reminder of my frustrations.

They have great pizza for a great price. Most of the time you’re able to get your pizza within 15 minutes, which in my opinion is even faster then some freezer pizzas, so when they get busy I’m happy to wait 20-30min for a fresh pizza. Even if something is wrong with the order you can tell they’re trying their best to fix it. The manager at this location is great! He’s happy to work anything out with you until you’re completely satisfied with your experience there. If you want to support a good local family owned business this is a deserving place!
