Awful There was what looked like chicken left and i asked for chicken the lady proceeded to put charcoal from the bottom of the pan and said let me check for more, When i got home and ate it is when i noticed the charcoal in the burrito it was grity and gross and tasted awful didn’t finish the burrito. Restaurant was dirty.

I ordered for lunch today from Miss Ashley and she was an absolute pleasure to talk to and get my food from. I briefly mentioned where I work in our conversation and then I accidentally left my credit card there. Ashley went above and beyond and actually called my office to say I left my card but that she would hold it for me. She didn’t have to but she absolutely went above and beyond for me. I’m a Qdoba fan for life because of Miss Ashley’s kindness and willingness to have and remember a casual conversation. Hopefully someone tells her she’s a rockstar today!

While the food itself was good, my experience was severely let down by the overall cleanliness of the restaurant. The service felt rushed, but the real issue was the state of the restaurant. The floors were covered in dirt, food crumbs, and random trash. Not a single table had been cleaned properly — every table had leftover food from previous customers, and it looked like they hadn’t been wiped down in weeks. I ended up cleaning my own table before sitting down, which is never something I should have to do.

The worst part was the area where utensils, napkins, and condiments are kept. It was filthy under there, with trash piled up so high that it was clear it hadn’t been cleaned in months, if ever. It raises serious concerns about the hygiene standards of the kitchen too, and that’s something that should not be overlooked in any restaurant.
The bathroom was pretty concerning also relating to how long it has been since that area has been cleaned also.

Would I come back? Probably not. If a restaurant can’t manage the basics like cleanliness, it’s hard to trust the overall level of care they put into their food and kitchen. Hopefully, this location addresses its cleanliness issues, but for now, it’s hard to recommend.

Haven’t been here since the beginning of the year, when I got food poisoning. I decided to give them another chance since they were offering BOGO entrées for Halloween.

Upon walking in, the line worker was leaned back against the counter on her phone. While serving us, her coworker was trying to wash and clean the line around her, and she seemed visibly irritated any time someone tried to restock or tidy up. It honestly felt like we were interrupting her break.

Half the food options were out — multiple proteins, guacamole, and more. Each time we asked for something, the response was just “No,” with no attempt to check the back or offer an alternative.

This location is seriously lacking on every level — customer service, cleanliness, and basic food availability. Definitely do not recommend.

On Tuesday, November 25th, I was in your store ordering my usual chicken burrito. Customer service was excellent. It was a pleasure having Karen the manager and another server who worked that day assist me. Normally, when I go to your establishment I cringe when I have to deal with a particular server there. They do not give good customer service. In fact, I rather go to your other stores in Kalamazoo. Although, they are farther away. I commend Karen as a great manager. She’s professional and gives great customer service. She’s Awesome! She’s an asset to Quoba’s Franchise!

First and last time eating here. Nothing super offensive, but the customer service wasn’t great (they acted like annoyed that I was there?? Yet they had no line). Food was not great, I got steak and there is zero flavor. I’d rather make the drive to Moe’s in Portage

Love Qdoba, normally go to the S Westnedge location (and i wish i had tonight) when i came in the floors were gross and there was only one person at the counter. After waiting for a while, the lady made my bowl with what seemed as little ingredients as possible and was very abrupt, like i was being shooed out of thr building, which was doubly clear with the miniscule amount of each item i was given. I will not be returning to this location and I urge others not to as well. What a shameful service.

There must be a change in management within the past 6 months. I walked in with one other person in line & was ignored. I believe it was the manager that removed his gloves & went to the back. A few minutes later he came out to a line & appeared annoyed to have to work. The containers of sides were close to empty. I didn’t even get a full scoop of corn or Pico. Rice hard, must’ve been the bottom of the pan. I wont be returning any time soon. Hopefully staff changes in a few months. Rude staff, not welcoming. Its disheartening to see customer service at an all time low. The guy on the register was no better.

Literally every time I order a burrito bowl one at this location they mess up the order. The last two times I asked for extra steak I got a single serving and was still charged for extra protein. If I ask for extra sour cream they have no problem giving me waaaay too much, but thats never happened with the protein which is the majority of the bowl when I’m asking for light rice.
If you want your order made correctly you have to go there in person and watch them make it step by step.

Manager, please tell your employees to slow down when reading the online orders. You’re going to lose traffic like this. Todays bowl is less than 10% meat and I paid over $14 for it…
