I went through the drive thru and got a side kale crunch salad it cost $4.70. First the portion is very small, secondly I wanted dressing on the side. I was told that the dressing that comes on it is not available to get on the side, I then asked for the avocado dressing and was told by the manger she would have to charge me $.80.
Really Chick-fil-A? Y’all giving out dry salads and charging people for dressing. Do better, very upset customer

Nice and clean location. We went early on a Sturday at 11am and there were parking spots and only a few people inside. Only waited about 2 mins to have someone take our order and the food came quickly. The only thing that thats a little bit of a let down is the tenders are little and the grilled nuggets as well but they do taste very good. The food was fresh and hot. Highly reccomend this location.

I had a really disappointing experience last night. I placed a mobile order for drive-thru pickup — just two large fries and some sauces. I was third in line, yet it took almost 30 minutes to receive my order.

They asked me to pull up to the stop sign and wait off to the side, which I understand can happen. But as I waited, they continued serving multiple cars that got in line after me. After about 20 minutes, I went inside to ask what was going on. I was told they were “waiting on fries” because they had run out.

What’s frustrating is that while I was waiting for fries, several large orders behind me were being fulfilled. It’s hard to believe none of those meals included fries. There was no clear communication, no urgency, and no effort to correct the delay.

Thirty minutes to prepare two large fries is unacceptable. I left feeling ignored and completely undervalued as a customer. Unfortunately, this experience was enough for me not to return.

Went for lunch. Had the chicken sandwich and nuggets with a frosty lemonade drink. The chicken was hot but a little dry. Service was good and the place was clean, however, it’s a brand new building.
Parking was okay, but it was lunch time, Possible it could be bad at night.

I usually don’t do reviews. This might be my first ever but I need everyone to be cautious about ordering here. This is the only CFA that has made me vomit & have diarrhea. It happened TWICE. I don’t know why I didn’t learn from the first time but I was desperate. As I sit on my toilet with excruciating stomach pain, uncontrolled vomiting and diarrhea I hope this saves someone from experiencing what I felt. I wish I could give 0/10. I’m even considering stop eating fast food on a whole due to how this experience traumatized my bowels.

This particular restaurant is located in one of the busiest intersections in Broward County of N. University/W. Sunrise Blvd. It’s in between many companies and new developments in the area. The customer traffic will always be high which also comes with expectations in the customer service, food quality and orders complete in a timely fashion. Whether it’s inside, drive-through or the mobile app check out lane. I encourage this location to be open to all customer reviews below and take it in consideration to help improve customer satisfaction.

This location is atypical of most. It’s in a great location, but is NOT staffed like 90% of the other locations in Broward and especially Palm Beach. Customer service training is minimal and it would be interesting to find out details about the owner or senior managers to determine why this location is so different than the rest.

Stay away, worst CFA I have ever been to. Been there twice and something was wrong each time. Hopefully management reads this and makes some changes. I have never had a CFA order issue until we went to this store.
First time ordered to go at counter, took a while waiting being all the mobile orders, left and starting driving home, daughter tries her lemonade and it tastes terrible. We are already too far to turn back and just end up throwing it away. I think they forgot to add sugar to the whole batch. Tasted bitter and watered down at the same time.
Second time we ordered using mobile app, wife runs in and grabs the order. Drive all the way home and at home realize they forgot to give us a chicken biscuit we ordered and paid for. The sticker on the bag shows it, but it is missing.
I think they have two major issues. Staff does not seem like the typical staff that absolutely makes sure you get the correct order. And the layout of the prep area seems chaotic and ripe for making mistakes in loading the orders and giving to customers. Everything is prepped behind a wall and staff doesn’t have a regimented way of verifying orders.

I went for breakfast through the mobile order line. However after waiting 10 minutes with no movement I could not. The whole time the order line was empty and cars were going through. Several others got breakfast while I would could not because of some unknown delay on the mobile line. They could have let us change lines during the wait

This isn’t my usual location, I came here because I was in the area doing paperwork and bank stuff, but I still got that warm welcoming Chick-fil-A experience. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and help, while the food came out in a timely manner, warm, and delicious.
