My order was delivered by door dash. Instructions says ring bell and had to me. Driver rang bell placed pizza in chair and walked off when we hot yo tje door he was pulling off. Pizza is dead cold like we have to warm it up. Driver had no pizza bag. I called to the store and a rude female continued to place me on hold 5 minutes at a time every time I called back. I called from a different number and said you keep putting me on hold I need to speak to a manager. She kept saying hello and laughed. This place has really gone down. Definitely is my last time ordering from here and im calling corporate.

A pretty good experience, and the pizza and breadsticks were good. It’s definitely one of the better chain options in the area. The cashier was kinda rude, but I only had to deal with her for 30 seconds, so it’s not a big deal. It’s also a little more expensive than other pizza places, but the quality is better so it’s a worthwhile tradeoff. Will go back in the future.

I am leaving a one star review due to the customer service I received. A women at this location answered, I told her I was calling to check on a pizza. I had placed a scheduled delivery order for 8 hours in advance. The order was scheduled for 5 PM and the guy I placed the order with on the phone assured me it would be there by 5. It was 5:15 and I hadn’t heard anything not received any update saying it was delayed. This brings us to when I called to inquire about the order. The lady told me that the order was still waiting to be assigned to a driver to which I replied. The order was supposed to arrive at 5 PM. It is now 515. Then laughed at me and said ma’am, we cannot guarantee your order to get there at 5 PM on Halloween night. Granted I had already been assured by the man I placed the order with earlier. (The time I scheduled allowed for us to eat pizza before my children needed to go trick-or-treating.) I explained this to the gentleman and he told me my order would be there by 5 PM. I can understand a few minutes behind, but 515 and it hasn’t even been assigned to a driver yet? She then proceeded to laugh and tell me that she “ has a lobby full of people that all want their pizza at the same time”

I love papa John’s but my pizza order tonight is very disappointing and disrespectful to the name pizza. I order a large garlic epic stuffed crust pizza “hand tossed” with pepperoni sausage bacon spinach and mushrooms. The only thing hand tossed about the pizza is the crust. I can’t even hold the slice of pizza in my hand due to the base being very thin. I went to pick up a slice and everything fell completely off and now realizing there isn’t any red sauce on it either for the base before you add the cheese. I mean come on now if I’m willing to pay the price for everything i ordered you can at least make it the correct way. This is not going to stop me from eating there but yall need to do better.

This location’s product just continually gets more and more disappointing, especially if you order delivery. If you pick up, it’s usually okay. The staff is always very friendly. I will include a couple pics from my last delivery order. I didn’t take pics of the burnt cheesesticks. Super thin interior crust that burns, extra thick raw dough with barely any cheese in a “stuffed crust” pizza. Without going into a full essay, there is no quality control at this restaurant.

Papa John’s cannot get an order right I ordered my pizza at five. They brought my pizza at three told me to keep that one and they will have it here by five. My pizza arrive at 6:30 cold so I don’t want that and I’m not paying for it so y’all already called DoorDash and let them know. I thought Papa John’s was better than this. They need to get it together. Disgusting customer service, awful, except for the general manager, he handled that somewhat well, but I still did not get my pizza on time an hour and a half late now y’all can keep that or she can do whatever she liked with it however, I trashed it.

Did a online order from this establishment. I orderd the 4 topping special. I had bacon, sausage, spinach, extra cheese, and tomatoes. The pizza was delicious!

Ordered carryout around 5pm Friday night, and honestly this was the most disappointing pizza I’ve ever had! I usually love Papa John’s for their original tasting sauce combined with their fresh toppings, but there was hardly ANY sauce on either pizza we ordered which totally messed up the flavor combination with the toppings! Also, ordered the jalapeno poppers which were advertised as being made with cream cheese and again, hardly any cream cheese at all. We spent $42 on dry, bitter-tasting pizza and jalapeno poppers. Such a disappointment. Will not be back.

The dasher they assigned to our order stole our food. We waited for ever a hour and watched this dasher pick up our food and drive 30min in the opposite direction from our house and like he took it home. This is the second time this has happened. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. DRIVER’S CAN NOT BE TRUSTED

I usually don’t have an issue with this location but today I placed my order and while I was tracking the order through Door Dash My pizza was picked up and then the person returned it to the store. I received another dasher and when he got there they told him it was picked up already but it was still sitting there because the first dasher brought it back. I called the second dasher and he told me that it was picked up already he was told. The second dasher went back for me to pick up the pizza. I thank him for doing so but the pizza was already cold. I had also spoke with the young lady at the store who confirmed that it was picked up and brought back. Is this a practice for dashers to pick up food and bring it back to the store. NOT GOOD!! They should have made me a fresh pizza for the next dasher. The young lady said she would send another but I don’t trust it and I better not be charged again. I will be watching for that. No happy at all!!!
