Great little diner. The food was hot and fresh and tasted so good. The service was fast and efficient. Very sweet and friendly. The atmosphere is relaxing and friendly. It’s changed hands but everything that made it a town staple still remains.

If u want great food and great customer service, then let me tell you..guys! Check this place out. It really is fantastic. The food was great when it was owned by the last people, but the food now is absolutely phenomenal. And they have the sweetest girls working there…and just watching them made me smile because they truly love being there and it shows. Great Job Wendy for keeping this wonderful place alive!

We had the worst experience ever this morning. My husband order 3 eggs over medium, sausage, and a waffle. He never got the waffle after waiting 20mins. They told us the Waffle maker was broken. So he told them to bring him a pancake. He didnt get that. So he ask for toast, which never came. The eggs were cold and broken..the sausage was dry. I ordered 2 pancakes. They were greasy and tasted like fish. There is NO communication between the servers and the cook. I have been here before and it was great…but today not so much…and I paid 10.00 dollars for 2 sausage patties and a cup of coffee..never again!

Great food, really relaxed environment. Perfect mom and pop shop kind of feel. The “corn” was more of a corn “soup”. More like a cream of corn. Ham HOT and great! Everything was perfect. Bathrooms clean and employees very friendly!

Saturday morning, Dunn Missionary Baptist Church Men’s Breakfast meets there often. The guys who ate loved the food; &, although I abstained, it looked & smelled great!
[Note: the Service was wonderful! Even though I wasn’t eating, Hannah kept my water glass full & didn’t snub me – as some wait staff might, when you don’t buy a meal! &, yes, I did tip her lol]

I ate at Wendy’s Place for the first time yesterday. My fried bologna sandwich with sauteed mushrooms and bacon was grease dripping delicious. The server was very friendly. They cook to order and are busy. Please be patient. It is worth the wait.
