I purchased this plate and one other bigger plate , I actually, had to wait around for the chow mein when I got home I fixed my 4year old daughter a plate. And as she began to eat she started to choke on what I thought was a noddle but it was sautéed plastic . It took me two days to get in touch with someone calling cooperates telephone number . The women who answered seemed not to care she wasn’t apologetic are anything she kept basically repeating just what I said seemed as if she was reading off of a script . She sent me this email after getting off the call and they send me a email two days later saying that the case is closed haven’t heard from anyone ! People already paying almost 20 dollars a plate just to eat damn plastic ! This is unacceptable I wasn’t even going to post this but after getting the treatment I have had with this horrible service I don’t even care anymore !! CHECK ALL OF YOUR FOOD BEFORE LEAVING !

I got the bowl with teriyaki chicken only to get 6 small pieces asked fora side of teriyaki chicken they gave me orange chicken. I tried to explain to them that I wanted a side of teriyaki chicken but she started to act like I was saying I didn’t want it.

They need to really start serving their food right. Sad to have paid what we paid and only get two pieces of beef. Thats the reason why I didn’t go any more. But office ordered from there. I sure am gonna go back to show them personally.

The portion sizes were disappointing-much smaller than what I’ve come to expect from Panda Express. On top of that, the service was incredibly slow, even though it wasn’t particularly busy at the time. The food tasted fine, but the experience as a whole didn’t meet the usual standards.

I was just here and I was harrased by a panda employee. She yealed at me for requesting the string bean chicken. The store just opened. I waited for then to being out more options. I started ordering and changed my mind about the strong bean chicken. She started screaming at me my husband and my one year old why I didnt want the string bean chicken. Shw didnt even put it on my plate or anything. My husband just wanted orange chicken and the beef and she is yealing at us wothout even preparing a plate for us. She is terrible. I feel embarrassed and harrased! I waited 45mins for them to open and get their food prepared to serve. Shame. Never coming to this location again.
