I absolutely loved the pizza! I ordered a gluten-free, vegan pizza with eggplant and basil, and it was /9 delicious! Perfectly prepared, and with a great texture, which is something rare to find in gluten-free pizzas. Since I’m gluten-intolerant, I’ve tried gluten-free pizzas in many places, and this is definitely one of the rare spots where the pizza is truly delicious, gluten-free, and vegan at the same time.
Another highlight was the service. I came in around 2:40am on a Saturday, and the server was incredible. She was very polite and kind. I left extremely satisfied with both the service and the quality of the pizza.
I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it , especially for anyone looking for a vegan, gluten-free pizza that’s actually worth it!

We had a pizza and salad ordered on the night of September 18, 2025 and it did not get delivered very timely. The salad NEVER was delivered. The pizza arrived not together and looked like it had been messed over. See picture of how the pizza arrived. I called the restaurant and they did NOT want to give me my money back. The rude worker claimed that the manager was not there so I could not get my money back tonight. He also kept saying that they were very busy and could not help me at this moment. He said the manager name was Vanessa and that she would arrive on Sunday to work around 9 am or 10 am. They do not open until 11 am so even if I called they wouldn’t answer the next day. The man worker kept saying he couldn’t help me and hung up on me. Never eat at this place.

Otto makes good pizza and the ingredients are always fresh, and the crust is always perfectly crunchy. I’m a repeat customer for the pulled pork and spicy pulled pork toppings. Staff member Oliver’s customer service has been of the highest quality when I get takeout at Otto. Otto is a great pizza joint for quick slices or specialty pizzas with unique and flavorful ingredients.

I’m from Madison, WI visiting with family here in Boston. Ordered this from door dash and although it was VERY expensive, I can tell you it’s a 10/10 the goat cheese on the pepperoni pizza is PHENOMENAL! If I’m back in Boston or know if anyone coming here I will for sure be recommending best pizza I’ve ever had, we are missing out up north!

I can’t attest to the food, because it never arrived, but I can say this-
If you’re ordering delivery from this place, make a back up plan.
We scheduled 3.5 hours in advance a delivery of 4 pizzas for our daughter’s birthday. Called to verify the order was in. They first didn’t pick up, then picked up to quickly hang up, then when we reached them, quoted the wrong time. So, we clarified it. No problem, right?
Come an hour before until delivery time, they were completely unreachable by phone. The “tracker” still estimated delivery 15 minutes before the time it was. Until we got a text that they had assigned a third party delivery driver, and we could expect it almost 2 hours late.
Of course, they were completely unreachable to cancel the order. So we had to call and tell the driver to turn around and drive it back. And they still haven’t nullified the order seven and a half hours later.
Order here and you’re running this risk of wasting a half hour of your time at minimum dealing with this, for nothing.

I went in with my son last weekend. We were both starving. We were kindly greeted by Oliver who immediately heated up some slices for us. They even offered to cut my son’s pizza into pieces for him. They took great care of us and the customer service was outstanding. Pizza was also good. We left full and happy. Thank you! 🙂

Horrible service. Do NOT pre order take out at this place. Order 4 pizza for a kid party for Saturday noon pick up. The order was placed and prepaid on Friday afternoon. Arrived at noon and they had no info about the order. Don’t believe the order till I show them the receipt, good thing I kept it on me. And they said they needed to call the manager to confirm. Disappeared to the back for at least 10min with no information on whether they are making the order now or what. Literally had to shout from the counter to get any attention. Back person come back with attitude about he needing to work. Still no information on ETA or if the order was been made. After 2nd demand did he said the order is been made now and no ETA. They were only 2 other customers here with 1 other order.
Horrible service. Will never order take out again.
