Absolutely horrifying if you think for a second to even go here do think twice. SERVICE is always horrible no matter who is working, management is garbage all the same. It’s basically an employee ran shop and nobody gets a plaque for the month. Either way the actual part that matters, you will not receive cooked food. Everything will be left raw, so if you rather have food poisoning be my guess.

There is only one good manager that works there. Every other employee has an attitude and does a poor job giving good service. They mess up your order and give you an attitude for there mistakes then when you ask them to make them again they make them so nasty and sloppy you can’t eat it or they burn your potato to the point it’s not edible. In this type of Economy I’d rather spend my money at a place that doesn’t give negative experiences!

I ordered 3 Dave’s cheeseburger meals the lady could only do it one at a time shocking so each individual meal I had to give even though they were the same exact sides. Then I get it home and the burgers are as black as can be there is absolutely no cheese and very very little condiments I will never ever go there again and I really want my $37 back because it was the worst ever we did not eat the burgers or the cold fries. My husband called the corporate office they’re supposed to be getting back with us tomorrow we’ll see terrible fast food restaurant.

This has to be one of the worst Wendy’s to go to for food. Quality is always terrible when I come here, granted it’s not during busy times. So this time I asked for my food to be made fresh and told them I did not mind the wait just to receive super soggy burgers that were still a little pink in the middle.

Staff are rude. I got my drink and food at the window from two women both of which didn’t say a word to me. I said thank you and still no response. Why do they even have jobs? And they’re using AI at the drive through which I don’t really mind especially if they’re going to act like that.

I ordered a baked potato with everything (sour cream,bacon,chives,shredded cheese). The cheese wasn’t melted, so I asked the employee to please warm it up in the microwave so cheese could melt. The person looked at me like I asked him to change my tire or something. He replied, “I guess so,” with attitude. I don’t understand why that was so difficult to do.

I had just ordered a four piece of the chicken tenders with the sweet chili sauce and a sour cream and chive potato and two junior bacon cheeseburgers, the potato was completely raw and inedible. This has never happened before it has always been a favorite of mine. But I could not eat it due to it being cold and raw.

Lose the stupid a.i. at the drive through. I ordered 1 thing and the stupid a.i. had 3 different thing in my order. Couldn’t get rid of them. I pulled to the window to order, as I have a cast on my leg. The rude woman at the window tell me if oli don’t like the a.i come inside. Well no more crap Wendy’s for me.

The food seems like they passed it around before bagging it and giving it to customers. Fries end up in garbage because they are like day old fries, burger is also not good. I used to love a Wendy’s burger but not anymore.
