Ive ordered 3 times now and not once actually received food I could eat.
First time, pizza showed up like 3 hours after I ordered it. I had honestly forgotten. It was clearly very old when it got to me.
The second delivery never made it. I called a few minutes before they closed, 2 hours after I ordered, only to get a message they were closed. I was still charged for it, never received a credit.
Now tonight I order again. After the time getting pushed back over an hour I call early to ask if its coming. Ashley, the manager, tells me she doesnt have a driver and no door dasher is picking up the order. I asked why no one notified the customer that their food might not come and she tells me “sir im only one person, I cant call every customer.”
She also proceeds to get excited when I ask if the pizza is ready, since it was. I guess she thought it was acceptable to offer food was prepared hours earlier awaiting a delivery driver who didn’t show up.
This has to be the worst management ive ever seen. They literally dont care whatsoever about their customers. I can only imagine how disgusting their kitchens are and how unsanitary the place must be.

I keep asking that someone spread the toppings out! OMG if you don’t like making Pizza, work somewhere else! And was that a hair.. look at the food your serving your customers, and I’ll stop creating goggles accounts to ask you to spread out the toppings, does anyone pay attention to the reviews? Very nice customer service, friendly staff, good pizza if you want toppings piled up…

Forgot to catch the name of the young manager on duty but he was wonderful. We originally ordered delivery, he immediately called and let us know that he did not have a delivery driver and it would be switched to doordash so it could take a LONG time to get our food or we could pick it up. Opted to go get it. He immediately adjusted off the delivery fee. The pizza was hot and fresh, made the way we wanted. We got all the extras we ordered. His customer service when we went in there was amazing. Super nice, super friendly!

I usually have been pleased with my pizza
However, tonight was awful.
It was basically crust, dried up sauce (which I requested extra) and if was there cheese on it it must have dissolved.

Fantastic experience, the Manager Ryan went above and beyond to correct an employees mistake! Coached the employee on proper procedure without belittling them as is so common in food operations. Will be ordering again soon!

The pizza was correct, my order was ready on time, and an employee even walked my pizza out to the car for me so that I could carry both of my kids across the parking lot. Five stars!

Got your attention, spread the toppings on the whole pizza, don’t pile it up, the automatic oven could be a little hotter or slow it down too.. otherwise the ingredients they shipped you from corporate were awesome , on the bright side y’all didn’t burn it, so if I brought it home reheated it and spread out the toppings it’d be so perfect yummy

2 stars only for the fact that the restaurant tried to make it fair with a free order. However the initial experience was a catastrophic failure.
The restaurant did re make the order and didn’t charge us so thank you to Zoe. She was friendly and supportive.
We order over 100 dollars in food on the papa John’s app. They hire a door dash person to deliver. The guy goes to the wrong address (we confirmed with the boxes he returned) and then called us. We told him he was at the wrong address. He replies with “gas prices are too high I’m not coming to you” then cancels the order. Who does this. We waited over 2 hours and for what nothing. This has nothing to do with papa John’s but the people they hire for delivery are representing the restaurant. I didn’t ask for a door dash and I can’t help he went to wrong address. And who get the short end of the stick? I do.

Well first of all does this looks like a 2 topping pizza there’s toppings on 2 slices what about the rest. second I ordered 2 pizzas and both were undercooked the look like a cheesecake instead of a pizza and on top there where cold both 2 pizzas and the chicken bites men I don’t care if it takes an hour for you to deliver them but if the food is that bad then there’s an issue with your employees late service undercooked food on top I tip your guy with 10 bucks ♂️ men I’m doing domino’s or little Cesar’s from now on.
