I ordered online and received my order quickly. Both sandwiches did not have oil and vinegar and when I called about it I was told they had oil and vinegar and I was hung up on. Both sandwiches were supposed to be tosted and cut in half. Neither were toasted and were not cut in half. I usually prefer this location but being this situation I won’t return to this location. I expect to get what I paid for.

I find myself stopping by Jersey Mike’s more frequently since it’s super close to my place, and they really load up on the meat in their sandwiches. That said, I still prefer Jimmy John’s because of their bread. It’s always been the reason I choose to go with less meat just to savor the bread. It has a fantastic texture and reminds me of my Italian grandmother’s homemade bread, which is crusty on the outside and chewy on the inside. However, today I noticed that the bread tasted different and had a new texture. It wasn’t like what I remember, and after doing a quick search, it seems like someone in management made a bad call in changing what I thought was their signature item that set them apart from the rest. It’s pretty much like the regular bread you find everywhere else. The sandwich was still really tasty, but it feels like it’s just conforming to the norm, so I give it 3 stars—good, not bad, but not outstanding.

Ordered online to pickup but had never been to this store. I really can’t tell you how pleasantly surprised I was walking in. The place was very clean and the employees were so nice immediately. I picked up a larger order and it included a hot sub and they waited to toast the hot sub until I got there which I thought was such a nice thought and was appreciated. The gentleman working with me went through the order to make sure we had everything and helped me with any questions I had. He was very kind and it did not go unnoticed. It was just a really pleasant experience and I will definitely be back to this Jimmy Johns. Thank y’all!

First time at JJ’s. Was hoping for a Subways but since I came from the college, this was closer. First Ive noticed that their subs are longer: 8″/16″. Longer doesnt mean bigger!! Their subs very thin. And you cant choose your additions, you cant even see them if theyre fresh. You cant even choose your bread type.
Ive ordered a tuna salad 8″ sub. Barely tasted the tuna, mostly the frozen lettuce. Lots of lettuce.
A small beaten frozen sandwich that was… So sad, I would throw it away of I wasnt hungry and richer.
Their prices are pretty expensive too.
Why do people love this place? How is it better than a Subway where you can design everything and have it toasted if you feel for a warm one?
I take this as a learning experience to know never to come back here again. Blehhh 🙁

Not so good today. The 4 people working 3 guys and a lady were behind the counter. Their hair was all out and they all looked a mess. Not a greeting or welcome or even a hello. Just “what can I get you” nit the slightest bit friendly

I called in an order. They didn’t have a driver so called back saying they were having it delivered by Uber eats. An hour went by and my order was not yet picked up. So they sent a regular employee to delivery the order! Absolutely wonderful service! Thank you!

FREAKY FAST DELIVERY!……..NOT!!! Ordered online prior to opening. 30 minutes after they opened I finally had to call and I was told there was a “system shortage”. Whatever the hell that is. 45 minutes later still no order. Not even a courtesy phone call to let me know it’s delayed. Just left me standing outside waiting. I guess it’s the same customer service experience you receive everywhere now.
