I’m usually very understanding when a place is short-staffed or busy, but when it happens repeatedly, it becomes a bit ridiculous. Why even offer delivery if there’s no driver available? The estimated delivery time says 35–55 minutes, yet it consistently takes over two hours to receive food half the time it’s a door dasher delivering the food. On top of that, parts of the order are often missing, and even after being told someone will return with the rest, another hour passes and no one shows up. Honestly, at this point, you’d be better off just closing the store altogether.

I ordered a cheese pizza and breadsticks it was supposed to be delivered at 3:12 pm it’s 3:47 pm I tried calling the store but had to get transferred 7 times before someone said the store is redirecting calls so I can’t get ahold of the store and they gave me a corporate number that dosent work I will never order Pizza Hut again. Pizza finally showed another 20 minutes after and it was cold and tasted like crap I’m 1000% never ordering anything again.

If you want your food hot and fresh don’t order delivery from this location. I ordered delivery, and after over a hour and a half of patiently waiting on my order I finally called the store to cancel. I was told by staff the order would be canceled. Twenty minutes after canceling, the pizza was delivered. The temperature of the food was cold and it did not appear to be fresh. And my debit card was charged for an order I canceled and for food I could not eat.
This is not the first disappointing encounter. I have been a long time customer of this location but I have been more and more disappointed each time I order lately. Enough is enough!!!
This place needs to hire more delivery drivers!!! We pay too much money for food to be delivered for it to take forever and a day and to arrive cold and inedible.

Placed an order online and waited over an hour before finally calling and sat on hold for almost 20 minutes and no one ever answered. Finally an hour and a half after placing the order it finally showed up which we declined the pizza because we just ordered from somewhere else. This place, the few times we have ordered there, has always had terrible service. Order at your own risk.

Ordered pizza and took almost 2 hours to get the order. And it said it was delivered and it wasn’t drove all the way to store and was told she was almost to the house I almost beat her back to my house. The Pizza Hut in Benton LA is trash this is the 2nd time this has happened

Placed an order for Delivery of over $100 worth of pizza. Got confirmation email and tracker saying food is in the oven. 30 minutes later no update. 1hr goes by no update. I figure it’s the weekend they are slammed. 2hrs go by I call and they tell me on the phone that they don’t have drivers…… Then they said “we were going to call you”…… like when? The next damn day? You could have called and given me the option to come get it. Horrible service.

This locaiton has to close. Its a joke. The good reviews have to be fake… Their tracker always says that its delivered….. maybe 45 minutes after that. Dont expect ANY help or professionalism when you try to call and aske them about it either.
