Dropped while we’re out and about. Went into Pizza Hut. The fellow behind the counter asked our name. Replied we want to sit and eat. He replies, what do you want? We asked for a menu and sat down. After 10 minutes with not contact we left. Does pizza hut not wait tables any longer?

We stopped in while looking at homes in the area. Deborah was such a peach and really went above and beyond for us. Visiting from the south she didn’t hesitate to go brew up some sweet tea for us. Food was great!
They were out of some things but we try to give grace and work with what is available. Hopefully inventory and ordering will be ironed out to help alleviate that issue.

I originally ordered pasta and garlic cheese sticks & a soda. My total was over $14. 15 mins later the staff comes and tells me they are out of pasta and he can’t give a refund but he can make me something else or give me a store credit. I live 4hrs away so I just asked for a small Canadian bacon thin crust with my garlic cheese sticks. Lol there was like no Canadian bacon, just a few small slivers of ham. The dough was old and nasty. My cheese sticks came 20 mins after my pizza. No garlic butter and barely any cheese on them. The staff is nice. It’s not that. They just need better products to work with and better training. I realize in small towns that help is limited, but training is still required and this is more of an owner problem than a staff problem. I’ve worked at Pizza Hut so I know their quality standards and this didn’t even meet basic standards. Sad really. Those white spots on the back of the crust are from old yeast because the dough is old. Smh

Deborah, Lisa and Cathey were absolutely amazing. The clean and inviting atmosphere was incredible. Our waitress Deborah was such a pleasure. Her hospitality itself was superb. The food was perfect!!!! I’m not much for Pizza Hut in our hometown does not hold a candle the the food and service this Pizza Hut provides in Frederick Ok. You ladies deserve a significant raise.

1/5 times you order delivery will you receive your food. It would not be an issue if they called you immediately and told you. Instead they wait an hour or two or wait for you to call them when your pizza never arrived to inform you. Hope you didn’t have plans for food. Even if you wanted to get something else good luck! You now get to wait 10 days for the money to get back your cards. Maybe hire delivery drivers or idk have an employee who is 18+ just deliver pizzas. ♀️

If I could give this place a negative 10 stars, then I would, but I had to hit one star to leave a review. Bad customer service!! Walked in with family and the girl behind the counter didn’t even ask if we wanted to be seated but proceeded to ask us how many pizzas we wanted. Told her we weren’t sure and she said they couldn’t do it anyway because they would need a 3 day notice to make an order. Really?! Yet they had just waited on a birthday party. Seems to me they just wanted to clean up and not wait on anyone. Do not recommend!!

They don’t answer the phone and when they do, they immediately put you on hold and then never get back to you. My husband was trying to contact them about an order and had been trying for 40 minutes in all to talk to someone about it and finally gave up and hung up. It is very bad business!

Fresh food had to wait a little but it was good. One of the servers was more worried about being on her phone but did get my order in for the buffet. The cooks are slow getting pizzas in the ovwn and out to the buffet, I recommend this place for a quick bite but having to wait for the buffet to get stocked for lunch is ridiculous!
