Went to the store and before I ordered, I asked about the two(2) six (6) in subs for $6.00 and was told that they honored the special. Upon checkout, we were charged the regular amount. I explained that he stated that he would honor the special and he told me that I was mistaken. We presented the post to him on the phone showing that this store honored the special and he then stated that it was only through the online process. I again showed him the advertisement and again was denied the advertised amount. Rather than argue with the attendant, and he had already given me the change from my money, I just left the premises. Exactly what can be done to rectify this problem with these establishments. And, this was after visiting another store that was on the list of stores honoring the special stated that they were only selling the $6 meals.

Older women with a short pixie cut outgrown hair style messed up mine and my boyfriends sandwiches we used to come to this store all the time I no will be spending my money here she treated my boyfriend like he was being rude which he wasn’t and she hardly put any lettuce and pickles on my sandwich. So I will no longer be coming to this location.

I walked in at 9:32pm the girl said that they are closed. The sign on the door and google says 10pm. I asked did they close early she said they close at 9:30pm. Perhaps the signs on the door and google need to be updated so customers are aware of store hours.

Bread hard again, had to peel off the top layer.been living here over a year and only had 1 descent sub from here lesson learned I’m done with this location horrible! Clearly the staff knows the bread is hard and stale when they touch and still doesn’t care.im calling cooperate tomorrow!

Everything was pretty good… but the footlong churro was horrendous, at first biting into it it had the texture of a fried pork skin but then it becomes stale and chew where you can’t even bite a piece off. On top of that it tastes old and not very good. Everything thing else was great love the Philly and the cookies, the churro just really upset me.

We got food poisoning once, both my fiance and me. I go to this one because it is convenient but I won’t anymore. They skimpy you on EVERYTHING. Subs are too expensive to barely have any veggies put on it.

I went last night to order two foot long meals , they charged me 32$ and didn’t give me my receipt , I didn’t realize that until I got home . I’m trying to figure what I’m being charged 15$ For each sub and 18$ for drinks and chips . Then I check the reviews and I see someone went in 11 hours b4 me and they charged them double for everything so I’m assuming that happened to me also but they didn’t give me a receipt. Not to mention there subs were terrible they put one thin slice of Turkey across the whole sandwich and the bread was stale .
Don’t order form here unless you want a mediocre sandwich for double the price . !
