Will customize; food always fresh and hot and tasty! The chicken is high quality! It does not shred like very bad chicken meat you get in other Chinese restaurants! The orders ate always 100% accurate and always ready on time for your puck-up! It’s the best Chonese food in all of Scranton and surrounding area! I’ve tried them all, and none come close to Great Wall! The staff is courteous and speak English…they give you free sodas for a minimum-set purchase. I havev5 Chinese restaurants close to me, within 2 to 5 mins by car; but I travel 20 mins to Great Wall because they are SUPERIOR!

It took my food an hour and a half to get to me after being told it would only be about a 20 minute wait. Which okay I understand business get busy, I tried to understand but when I received my food it was ice cold and when I called and let the business know and i was told sorry. SMH sorry? I’m sorry too , cause you’ll never receive any money from my pockets. And the food was garbage. I love Chinese food but this place. ABSOLUTELY NOT. Save your money!

Giving 4 stars because of the quality of the chicken and broccoli I got was okay. The chicken wasn’t as good as I’ve had from other Chinese restaurants. The service was super fast though. I walked in, ordered, and was out in less than 5 minutes. Either way, I’d go back, just would probably go somewhere else if I was looking for better food.

My first and last time getting food from here. I only went here because my regular place was closed. I got the general tso dinner special. There was nothing but fried dough pieces. No chicken in the coating at all. Very disappointed. Waste of $13.
Update: felt sick after eating the food and threw up. Stay far away from this place.

Ridiculous! Ordered because I didn’t want to cook. Ordered boneless spare ribs, asked for them to be well done, kinda crispy. Person taking the order says “we don’t deep fry them” I answer, I know, can you leave them under the broiler longer? Yes she says. Aaaaaannnd…I get rare pork. Delicious! Tried to broil them at home. Get them to the right color. They taste horrible, like rubber, cinnamon-cherry tasting rubber. Save your time. Save your money.

Short Review: The food was just “okay”
Full Review: In total my fiancé and I ordered a General Tso’s Chicken Spicy Combo, a Sweet and Sour Chicken Combo, an order of Cheese Wontons, and a Pint of Roast Pork Lo Mein. The General Tso’s Chicken was not good, tasted mostly bread and maybe 10% chicken. The egg rolls were also just average tasting. The Sweet and Sour Chicken was passable, but nothing to rave about. The Lo Mein also tasted just okay, could have had more flavor. The Cheese Wontons were surprisingly good though, as well as the pork fried rice included in the Combo Meals . Overall it wasn’t a bad experience per say, but definitely not great. There are much better options for Chinese food in the area, and I would only order from here again as a last resort.

As an avid Chinese food lover, this was one of the worst Chinese food experiences my fiancée and I ever had. Do not recommend at all.
First off, I used their online website where I could have sworn I selected “Szechuan chicken” but turns out the app clicked shrimp for me? Maybe a user mistake on my part, that is fine, but upon telling the woman, she felt no remorse and kept shoving me off the phone saying “goodnight, goodnight” and nothing about potentially bringing it back or even paying half to get the chicken order. We decided to give it a chance and it was horrendous. The “shrimp Szechuan” was just gnarly smelling sauce with barely cooked vegetables and I counted maybe (3) shrimp. My fiancée got the general Tso’s chicken and the chicken was just super mushy. The chicken and pork fried rices were overpacked with onions and had no taste. We can’t even tell you if the chicken in the rices and general Tso’s was actually chicken. Attached photos because the presentation of all the items were nasty. Also, the shrimp Szechuan was so saucy it was dripping through the bag.
First and only time ever coming here. Never coming here again.

HORRIBLE. First and last time ordering from here. The fried rice smelled old. The chicken tasted gamey. Everything taste like they were trying to salvage food from 11 am or the day before. They left a menu on the porch today and I said let’s try it. Save your money, we threw it all away.
