Every time I get food here it’s never done right. I used to buy avocado toast, never toasted. It was avocado on bread. I just bought 2 orders of everything mini bagels, it was cold, and stale. Please do not order food from here or you will leave pissed off.

I DO NOT EAT PORK AND I REPEATED MY ORDER TWICE TOO and still didn’t make it they just gave me a bacon egg and cheese, I come here regularly on a daily basis for my own egg and cheese sandwichs and everywhere I go I have no problem not even once but it happens today I placed an order for an Egg&Cheese,and I repeated my order multiple times making sure I Don’t get BACON in my Sandwich, Because of restrictions and religious exemptions I Can Not Eat PORK, Bacon. With no exceptions. Without me looking I took a bite and I’m stuck at work I can’t go back . I’m really disappointed

Wanted to update as lately I’ve been having a few issues and I cant seem to get in touch with anyone there and I don’t want to file a report through the app, as I feel they usually will and do fix any issues. Anyways in the past 2 weeks I’ve had 2 hot coffees in the afternoon that had a large amount of coffee grounds in them. I did not report this but figured someone should know.
My problem this morning is after waiting in drive thru for a long time I not only am mossing the coffee roll I paid for but the 3 donuts I order (free donut day but I was going to purchase for my 3 kids anyways if it hadn’t been.). They were placed one on top of the other with the double chocolate on the bottom my 8 year old tried to get hers (the double chocolate amd because of the way they were packed it completely fell apart and the other two Boston cream were mostly void of chocolate as they were also stuck and melting. I can easily try to fix the Bostons but the double chocolate is just a crumbled cake and the frosting is completely stuck to the bottom of the bag and scraping it and trying to spread on what isnt fully broken down is not possible. I attempted to call but being National donut day they are abnormally busy so I figured this may be the way to reach out.
Order our usual 2 large ice coffees, a small ice coffee, and a box (10ct) jelly munchkins. Drive thru employee always know our order, but always ask if we’re getting our usual just to make sure, they read it to us as they put it in and then ask if we’re getting the usual jelly munchkins. Order was ready when we got to the window. They’re always so pleasant when we come they interact with our youngest whom always ask for her window down so she can say hi. They always make her smile.

I love DD. Who doesn’t right? I’m not a person to have a taste for sweet coffee. My Favorite and all time regular order is the added coconut flavor to my hot coffee. In hot weather I love the Coolottas. Yummy! And my favorite donut are Boston Cream and Jelly Stick. They have a great variety selection at any time of the day!

Went to grab two ice coffees with my boyfriend today. To start the person taking our order came off extremely annoyed…okay whatever maybe having a bad day…We asked for one to have extra caramel in it, same coffee order so didn’t think it was a big deal. We get to the window and the guy who gave us our drinks and took our money says “ next time in the future you need to order separately if it’s the same coffee order but asking for a different amount in one coffee it’s easier on us this way” to me I thought that was so bizarre and rude to say to a customer as if we are trying to make your life harder over an extra pump in one of the coffees? He came off as if he was annoyed by our request and it was an inconvience to him. As someone who has worked in this industry as a teenager I never saw a big deal in those requests as it can be easy to fulfill especially since there is absolutely no line and it’s the same order but with one extra pump of syrup. Will not be back here again after that bizarre and rude encounter.Maybe don’t work in this type of industry if you are annoyed buy such a simple request of paying customers or if you do not want to fulfill customer orders? Just such a weird thing to say to people who were nothing but nice to you as we always make sure to thank the people who are taking our order, etc.

Went today and ordered iced signature caramel latte with whipped cream. What I got was no very mild coffee flavor, not 1/4 th cup was empty with whipped cream, too sweet test like extra sugar on it. Went back there and requested some milk or something to test less sweet. Server was angry and didn’t want to add milk or some coffee. What he gave me it was worse than before. I didn’t get what I pay for. Very disappointed. Never even going back again that store.

Best Dunkin around hands down. My coffee is perfect every time. They know what I want before I even pull up. Kirsten is sweet and Brian is always hilarious. I’ll drive past every Dunkin in town on my way to this one.
