Can you explain to me how your open 24 hours, and you have no no not a slice of roast beef in the place prepared. Fast food places have time for freshness and quality for health and for product engagement. The person at the register is proud to say with her whole chest we are out of what made this company famous in the first place roast beef.. this is a management issue clearly as if employees cannot keep of flow of marinating for time and estimated volume structure for a 24 hours establishment this falls on leaders. Explain this. So I walk away my husband and I with a burger because frozen chicken and fish does not sound appealing because of you had not the time for signature menu items you probably didn’t take the time to filter clean the fryers give your pushing that harder then the White House agendas. Thanks for nothing. Back to helping Americans get what they need while not getting a bare minimum like a meal. Do better it’s not that hard I am sure there is a franchise manual somewhere and reading is fundamental

Very dirty, served old fries and cold sandwiches. Messy presentation. Would expect more from a fairly brand new location. Employees standing around when drink and sauce station is a complete mess. Fast food can be so easy and simple to maintain and serve hot good food but they choose not to do so. I’m here often passing through for work but I won’t get food here again.

After a disappointing experience at the Arby’s in North Bend last year due to poor cleanliness and service, I was hesitant to visit another Arby’s. However, I decided to stop by the one in Ellensburg just off the freeway, and I’m glad I did. The place is extremely clean, the staff are very friendly, and the sandwich was as delicious as expected from Arby’s. I highly recommend this location. Plus, there’s a gas station at the same location with prices that are typically significantly better than those outside the city.

A quick stop during a 5-hour road trip for some quick food. This visit was far from quick. I was third in line and it took about 20 mins to get 2-sandwhiches. The Beef & Cheddars were no longer warm by the time I ate them, I’m sure this was in part to waiting for the mozzarella sticks to get done. I can’t belive a Beef-n-cheddar is now over $10.00!!! Food was still good and the gal at the window was very pleasant.

I went through the drive thru, the cashier who was working drive through was also the night manager( Tristan) was very rude, after I gave him the cash for my order he then told me that I still owed another 5$ and when i was explaining to him that wasnt accurate and right in the middle of explaining he shut the window right in my face, and when he came back to the window and I asked for the manager he told me very rudely with an attitude that he was the manager and shut the window again. To top it all off he didn’t even get my order correct and all it was was 1 jamoka shake and 2 apple pie shakes. I actually used to work at this location as the night manager and I know this is not how you run your business nor treat you customers.

This place is a JOKE!!! I should’ve requested a refund the moment their deceptive practices were revealed. I ordered the 3 pce fish meal for $8.59. When the total was over $10, I inquired “$1.50 in tax?” The cashier said, “ya, it’s pretty high”.
When I received my receipt, I saw it wasn’t the tax at all. But the business NOT honoring their advertised price. Whatever. I was hungry and didn’t feel like educating them.
So after a bit of a wait, I finally got my dine in order. In a bag. But the receipt did say To Go, so this falls on the cashier. Looked for tarter sauce in the bag and in the box. Nothing. So I asked for some Tarter Sauce. The employee said they were all out and asked if I could wanted any other sauces. For Fish?!?
Another issue. I ordered crinkle fries and receive half crinkle, half curly q fries.
I swear, they can’t get anything right here.
What I learned:
Arby’s has dishonest practices.
Overcharges by roughly 7%.
They can’t do inventory.
Customer service is poor.
Food was good.
They can’t read simple instructions like orders.

I WON’T be ordering from here ever again. And since it’s associated with a Pilot, I’ll never get fuel from this Pilot either.

I ordered online but they didn’t put my sandwich in . When i returned he was holding my sandwich that they intentionally left that . Make sure to check your food right there.

Counter service and food were solid. The employee riding their motorcycle onto the sidewalk right outside the front door (and parking it there) where people walk – not so much. Limited seating, joined in one large open space with the Pilot.
