The chilaquiles and the breakfast sandwich were great—really flavorful and satisfying. The service was excellent and very friendly. However, the oatmeal with berries felt overpriced for the portion size, so I wouldn’t recommend that item. Overall, a good spot for breakfast, just choose wisely from the menu

The service was lacking. The drinks took 20 min plus per drink- for coffees and a mimosa. No mustard even though they serve burgers. The food came out separately for our party of 4. One of our party had breakfast tacos. They took almost an hours to come out and the rest of us were all done eating before he got his tacos.
We really wanted to enjoy the visit. It’s sad that they seemed so overwhelmed even though there were open tables. The food and drinks were delicious, but the long wait times per plate and per drink totally caused us to have a delay in getting our day started. Probably would not come back if not for the quality of the food and coffee. It was delicious. -my friend said the tacos were “spectacular”. It’s totally worth eating here.

Sooooo delicious! Benny is my fav and this holds up competitively to them all. I thoroughly enjoy lyes the variation of potatoes served as well. Light, airy, crispy, with the perfect amount of salt. Today’s breakfast was a real treat! Yay me. Thank you Cafe 163!

Food was fine. But it’s breakfast food so its really hard for it to be bad. Eggs and bacon should never take 45 minutes to make and the wait staff seemed to not really care. If I could go lower I would.

Mimosas come in the smallest canning jar available. Absolutely NOT worth what they charge for it! But the hash was good and the staff was awesome. It’d be great if the ownership reset prices.

Great breakfast brunch spot. Seems like where the locals go. I had the a la carte biscuits and gravy, a sizeable portion. Delicious with a medium spicy afterburn. Wife and daughter split the chilaquiles. Reasonable prices. Next time we will try some sandwiches and pancakes.

Café 163 is definitely the best kept secret in this Valley! The food is delicious. You NEED to try their pancakes! But the most importantly their staff is amazing! We love Annie. She definitely makes that place even better! I can’t wait go go back there.

Cafe 163 has become a Saturday staple for me and my husband. Service is always friendly and the food is great. The menu is robust and ordering something different each time is easy. If all the tables are full we post up at the counter. The owner, Pete is often seen helping and greeting guests when it’s busy. Lovely atmosphere and good food. Don’t miss it.
