Chipotle back in the day was the best. They had good quality food, the service was good, the portions were good. But now you are served portions that are almost non existent, served cold, the quality is just awful and you are treated coldly. Wish I could leave zero stars truthfully. Do better Chipotle.

This is a great Chipotle location. The employees here are super friendly and the food is always fresh and delicious. Today Elijah was making my order and did an awesome job with everyone in line, very friendly and helpful. There was also someone doing temperature checks on the serving line, which is always a good sign for how seriously a place takes food safety. Everything was plentiful and delicious, and I have enough to take home for lunch tomorrow. 🙂 Great job East Ave Chipotle!

Ordered 2 burritos for my husband and myself… around 3:30pm on 12/26/26…Staff was very unfriendly and made our burritos so poorly they ripped and fell apart as soon as we un did the foil. I had asked the girl if she could double wrap my burrito as she was wrapping mine because it was such a mess and she just didnt respond lol! Such a waste for $30. Would recommend anywhere else or sticking to ordering a bowl since thats what your burrito will be anyway. I try to never leave bad reviews …but the poor customer service was the cherry on top of a horrible burrito.

We (party of 3) arrived around 4:30p – light traffic at the counter. We were greeted immediately and they began our orders…. ingredients (displayed) looked good with most pans clean and eye appealing. Note: my 2 guests were serviced by an female associate with a young man taking care of my order. Nice guy with a sense of humor (we had some friendly banter) as he was making my tacos
Prepared foods (Steak Quesadilla, Carne Bowl, & Barbacoa Tacos) with sides of guacamole & queso were all well prepared, fresh and delicious
The only zonk and the reason for the 4 stars, was that the large bag of tortilla chips we received, were a little stale. I should have returned it (but some were edible) – one way or the other, not 100% fresh.
We will be back to try some other offerings (despite the higher price than expected) ~

The store is dirty, all tables, windows, bathroom. Employees rude (girl cashier), stand around and chit chat. They require a purchase to use the bathroom which I found to be dehumanizing. $21 for a burrito, guac and drink. How can they stay in business with high prices, mediocre service, unclean/unsanitary

I literally haven’t been to a Chipotle for probably 15 years. Now I know why. 3 carne asada tacos and a side of Queso Blanko came to 21 bucks. I went back to my office (which is less than 5 minutes away)to eat and not only were the tacos ice cold, the meat wasn’t even edible, there was so much fat and toughness. I ended up tossing the food after picking them apart. Seriously need a refund.

Amazing service, and I’ve never had better quality food at any other location! Tonight, the chicken was cooked perfectly and the seasonings were wonderful.
The one and ONLY complaint I will ever have for this location is that I make sure to request utensils every time I order online, and not once have I ever gotten a fork in my bag (which makes eating my burrito bowls very difficult). Otherwise, I give this five stars.

I paid for my order, waited 5 minutes, drove .23 miles, status jumps from received order to order ready in the parking lot. Pull in to the drive thru get my food, drive back food is some how cold already, bowl is half full and almost no meat all rice. Gf’s burrito fits in the palm of my hand. Not happy.

One of the rudest encounters I’ve ever had. I wanted to take a picture of the food and I was told I couldn’t. I was using my Nikon, but no other store has yet to say what size camera I can use !! Look at this restaurants fb feed, there’s only complaints. I’m just another customer on most days, fearless poster online. I have 48,156,324 , that’s 48 million views of my online postings. Smallest burrito that I have ever gotten from a Chipotle. It was also filled with rock hard bits of brown rice. I drove back and asked them to re-make it and the lady didn’t tell anyone what the issue was so it was remade with the same rice. Complete waste of money. They have a separate food line for the mobile orders which is where mine came from.
