We have had several not great food experiences here. Unfortunately it is the CLOSEST KFC to us! Last night’s meal was by FAR the worst. Biscuits were dry, got the 20$ with two mashed potatoes and biscuits meal. Had to take back the first chicken breast as it was so dry it was inedible. Tried to eat more chicken today as leftovers, and they were also all dried out and had to go in the garbage! So disappointing. We even had to request that they come and clean a table because they were dirty! And she did and was very sweet about it. But there was nasty all around the drink dispenser as well that hadn’t been cleaned. Overall, just a negative experience again.

I ordered Crunchwrap, burritos and nachos and chalupa supreme, we came home checked the bag and as always we didn’t get all of our food in the bag, my husband went back to store to get the missing food, their employees arguing with us that you got all the food in the bag! Are u kidding me? Like we lied just for 2 burritos??!!! Instead of apologizing. And this was not their first time! I have never got the whole food in my bag!!!! Horrible customer service and their nachos smells like the tortilla chips were from 100 years ago!!!!!

Here for lunch on a Tuesday, drive thru was a bit busy so we went inside. Ordered Taco Bell Tacos and Mexican pizza. Only problem was the pizza had a strange after taste, we thought maybe the tortilla was old, so we returned it. Manager or supervisor suggested the fryer oil probably needed to be changed and offered us a a replacement item. So I ordered a beef burrito which was great.

I stopped here for a quick bite to eat. This combo Taco Bell/KFC is small but clean and fast service with a smile. My food was served very quickly and was hot and fresh. I reccomend this place for a quick bite to eat.

Stopped on the way to NY from florida at about 11pm…So an hour before close. The associate was patient, but the food was cold, also ordered a 5 layer beefy burrito, got an oversized tortilla with just semi warm beans and beef and no plasticware for my cantina chicken bowl. So, the thought of eating halfway decent food was nice…but instead Im frustrated, tired and hangry. With food I can’t physically eat in my car.

The order accuracy here is atrocious. Double check your order before you leave because they probably forgot something or heard you wrong. They get 1 extra star because the food is at least good.

They gave our food out the window and the person brought it back and inside. They wanted me to take the food that he brought back and not make me fresh. The manager that was working wouldn’t make my food fresh, we went around and around other employees was telling her that what she was doing was not right and to make my food. Well she finally said she was making it but then would come back out front and ask why we was still waiting. It all came down to she wanted us to take the old food. Well the guy got his right order and took the other order he had gotten(mine). She was saying we took it but I showed her we didn’t have it. We waited about 45mins for my order. We will never go back and I never want to be talked to and be treated like I was from that manager again. If I could give a zero I would.

Waited for my food for over 30 minutes. Was told my order was lost. Was told they don’t give refunds. Never received my food. They basically stole $20.75 from me. Honeslty never had a worst experience at a fast food place.

The cashier at the counter was so polite and trying to help all the guests in the lobby. We all had to wait a bit. Then I heard someone yell at her from the back and tell her to come back and help, that she couldn’t do drive through alone. “The front will just have to wait” she yelled. I feel super lucky I was at the front of the line and now I’m not waiting like the rest of the lobby.

I’m guessing you guys need more employees. If you only have two people on a Friday night you’re going to struggle. Maybe hire more employees? And give the woman in the back a break, she’s clearly stressed out. Kudos to the amazing girl that waited on me!

I got chips and cheese although I ordered chips and guacamole. I’m too scared to go up and ask for guacamole
