Ordered last night, gave both my wife and i food poisoning. I ACCIDENTLY ordered from this one i knew better but didnt pay attention. This one has never gotten my sandwiches right and last night was no different. Go to the subway off of 6, they make the food correct and dont give u food poisoning.

We’ve ordered a few times online. It’s always done when we get there. Last trip was last night. Looks like they were short handed on staff. We ordered 4 sandwiches and arrived early. Expecting to wait. The person let us know they were working on them and asked us to pull forward. They worked quickly. The sandwiches were the best made that we’ve had. (Not saying that they’ve been bad before but they have been messy). The young man and woman working there last night (Thursday 9/11/25) were a great team. Hope their manager sees this and lets them know we’re grateful to them both!

This is my 3rd order where I have ordered online for pickup. Online it lets you choose if you want the sub toasted or not. I always choose toasted and when I pick it up, it’s NOT TOASTED. Idk why this has been such an issue with them maybe they should read the ticket better? Thanks.

Amazing sandwiches! Love the new renovations. I frequently come here on Saturdays with my sister, and this one guy employee is always there and memorized our orders! Unfortunately, they sometimes forget the side of sauce I ask for, no big deal though.

The sandwiches there are good. They don’t skimp, and they not just thrown together, like other Subway’s I’ve been to. The employees are always very nice.
I was caught off guard by their compassion when I went in the other day to pick up my online order. I would have chosen curbside delivery, but my order wouldn’t have been ready before they stopped that for the night. After struggling up the curb, and through the door on crutches, with a temporary cast on, they saw me.
When they did, I told them I was there for a pickup. The male employee went into the back and came out upfront, while the female employee told me he was going to carry my food out to the car for me. She told me that I could come though the drive-thru next time, or call when I got there and they could bring it out to me (because of the crutches). The male employee opened the door for me, while carrying my food. Watched to make sure I got off the curb alright, and opened and closed my car door for me.
Thank you both!!! It meant the world to me. Especially, since I had just fractured my foot/ankle a few hours before, and had just left the hospital, and hadn’t taken anything for the pain yet. Thanks again!!!

I eat at Subway all the time(not this one)….order the Cheesy Garlic Steak…couldn’t taste the Cheese, garlic, or the steak!! The bread was so tough, I literally couldn’t eat through most of it. Hardly ANY steak, and I paid almost $20 for the meal!! I called there, and the guy told me “I get it”, but gave no resolution. So next time I am across the street from the hospital, Rice Garden it is!

Nicest Subway I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating at. Clean and we’ll lit with a very pleasant and professional staff. One staff member stood out above the rest. Ben took great care of us. It had been a rough day and his chipper upbeat and happy go lucky attitude really turned the evening around for my girlfriend and I. I don’t know if he was management or regular staff but if he’s not management he very well deserves to be. Really made our night. Best subway experience ever!!!!!!!!!!!
