Ordered from the harrington location 03/6/26 took over 2 hours for delivery order to arrive which we canceled since the tracker showed the pizza being done hour and a half prior, employees were silent on the phone like mutes when I called. WILL NOT order from this location again. Will gladly give my business to pizza king!!! Should have a ZERO STAR rating.

polite respectful hard working staff, had a issue on the app with addresses and did not receive my food, i didn’t catch the woman on the phones name but she immediately solved the problem and got the food replaced. always 5/5 service and food.

When I order the food it said 33 mins ended up being a little over a hour the food was cold and the hot wings where to worst looking wings I’ve ever seen no sauce at all and the wings where the smallest wings I’ve ever had what a disappointment. Last time we ordered we wasn’t happy either for spending 50 bucks we feel like at got a 5 dollar meal

It’s all take-out so the atmosphere isn’t a big deal, but it is kept clean. The new Parmesan stuffed crust is a must have! The service is quick, especially if using the app, you can see the progress of your order. Also there is an option for curbside assistance.

This pizza tasted amazing! I couldn’t resist eating a slice before I took the picture, but it was probably the best pizza I have ever ordered from here. The brownies are also really good too!

I ordered through the app! I always order the same thing. I ordered a thin crust pizza and wings. It took almost an hour to receive my order when I did it was hand tossed and disgusting! The wings were undercooked and just as bad. I called the store and spoke to Char (who claimed to be in mgmt) her professional was just as bad as the pizza. She went on to say it was my error in ordering that they gave me what I ordered and they had nothing to do with that. I have to say customer service definitely went out the window on that order. No worries I won’t order again! Poor service

If I could give 0 stars i would. Husband ordered 2 pizzas from dominoes in Harrington for the Super Bowl… picked up right before the game & 4am next morning he has food poisoning from the pizza. Fever, chills, vomiting, diarrhea…. disappointed and angry.

Pizza suppose to be half and half instead it was 5 slices for one person and I could only get 3 pieces. And my BBQ bacon and cheese boneless wings were burnt.

When placing an order online I got an error when using my debt card. So thinking I put in the wrong number, I tried using my card again. After the same error the third time I entered a credit card, thinking that it was an issue with my bank. I got the same error for a third time. That’s when I got a notice from my credit card that the charge went through. I checked my debt card account and was charged twice there as well. A total of almost $38 EACH TIME. I call the store to have them cancel the charges and after speaking to the “manager” I was told that they had no order and that there was nothing he could do about it. The debt card charges will be automatically back in my account in 3 days. For the credit card I had to call my credit card company and report the charges as fraudulent. After voicing my concern that I was out almost $100 and was waiting for an automated system to hopefully put the money back in my account, I was rudely interrupted by the “manager” and told “what I wasn’t getting is that there’s nothing he can do about it and it wasn’t their fault”.
I was told to call 1-800-Dominos to handle my complaint. That turns out to be an automated system that says contact your store or submit a ticket online.
Long story short is that the employees have absolutely need customer service training. Apparently another family member had the same double charge on their account as well and was spoken to rudely, in a recent incident themselves.
After I get my money back I will make sure no one visits this sad excuse for a location again. It’s a shame really.
Hopefully no one else has to go through this experience again. Don’t go here. Don’t place an online order. Worst Domino’s EVER.
