Lotus House is a family run business that has been here as long as I have been in Miami. I love this place; it is my go to food place for good Chinese food. Excellent menu, crab Rangoon is to die for, fried rice is my mid night snack. My favorites are the Pepper steak, Beef and Broccoli and all the spicy stuff is grand! It’s a hole in the wall local take out place that is not pretentious, just has great food!

Well gosh, where do I start? So my wife and I made an order through UberEATS and when the order arrived, we received half of what we ordered. So, I call this restaurant to let them know that I didn’t get my entire order. They proceed to tell me that I’m wrong. I was sitting there, looking at my receipt and trying to argue my point but the angry Asian woman on the phone kept saying “you wrong, you no call here no more.” So, when customers call to let you know that they didn’t get the correct order, you SPEAK OVER THEM and tell them they are wrong? That’s unacceptable.
How is it that they can argue something that they are so clearly wrong on? Thank god UberEATS gave us a refund. There are plenty of other Chinese restaurants to choose from, so I will make sure to pass the word along to any and everyone to make sure this place gets no business. Just do the right thing and admit when you’re wrong.

I have been ordering from Lotu House for more than 18yrs from here and it’s great food. It may look small and not legal but food is tasta, always fresh and great portions. my son girlfriend is very picky, only eats high scale chinese restaurants but when she is over and we order from here she likes it too.!!

Called to place a delivery order and before I could finish the street number to my address the lady hung up on me and instead of just politely telling me it was too far she hung up on me over and over until I got my roommate to call and when she answered she said it was too far…then was silent when we asked why she couldn’t just tell us that in the first place…hate this place already if the service is that terrible..over the phone.
