Ordered a pizza via DoorDash tonight, got the pizza (16-inch Pepperoni, Garlic Knots, and a 2-Liter Pepsi). All got here on time, things seemed to be fine. Then my teenager took this out while picking out the pepperoni…. Thank god she is a picky eater! Imagine if she swallowed this! May have been an innocent mistake, though this could have ended VERY badly. To say I am frustrated is an understatement.

So I received my pizza and it was COLD I asked to speak to the manager on duty JIM. He get on the phone and say “ And what’s the problem” I said they problem is my pizza is cold. Mind you I wanted 40 mins for the pizza. He tells me he can give me 25 % back on my order or I can keep the cold pizza and wait another 40 minutes for them to bring me a HOT pizza and give the driver the cold pizza back. Bad attitude for a manager and I will be in the speak to Zachary if that’s actually the General Manager!

The pizza was supposed to have extra cheese actually double extra cheese. It barely had the normal amount. also the pizza was overcooked and the cheese that was on there was all over the place not spread evenly like it should be. I won’t be going back anytime soon and we use to be faithful customers. We quit going a long time ago and figured we would give them another chance. Never again.

The staff is friendly but they can’t make pizzas if their lives depended on it. They barely put ingredients on the pizzas and it’s to the point where you end up with 3”-4” crust. Oh and that was a pizza with extra cheese… in the last 4 times I ordered pizza there not one time did I get a good pie. Always check your pizza before leaving this Papa John is terrible. The only way I will eat Papa John’s now is if I drive to Fayetteville.
