Tatte Bakery is ALWAYS busy during the day, but honestly… it’s 100% worth it. The vibe is so nice, everything feels fresh, and the whole place just gives that upscale cozy bakery energy.Let me brag for a second about their Iced Pistachio Latte because WOW. It is soooo good smooth, creamy, and perfectly sweet. My only complaint is I seriously wish they had a 20oz size, because I could drink that every single day and still want more. And don’t even get me started on the desserts… they have such a huge selection and everything looks way too good to pass up.I also tried the turkey sandwich with avocado and it was a solid 10/10. The bread alone deserves its own review—so soft, fresh, and flavorful. The whole sandwich was super filling and just tasted so fresh.
Overall, Tatte is definitely one of those spots that lives up to the hype. Busy, yes… but absolutely worth the wait.

Tatte is a new trendy, beautiful bakery/cafe styled restaurant located in Garden City. The coffee was good, as was the almond croissant we sampled. I thought it was a bit too heavy but still yummy.
Honestly, I did not appreciate the vibe, the set up or food options. For me, Le Pain Quotidien beats this place hands down and is within 10 minutes away. Im sorry guys. The service is non existent. It’s a cold feeling. Perhaps it feels a little too sterile. I don’t particularly recommend. Best to you guys at Tatte.

Tatte in Garden City is quickly becoming one of my favorite spots, and this was my second time visiting because I simply couldn’t forget their incredible vanilla matcha. It has the perfect balance of sweetness and earthiness, and it’s one of those drinks you find yourself craving days later. Their pastries are just as memorable — this time I tried the almond croissant, which was flaky, buttery, and generously filled. I also ordered the Jerusalem bagel, and it was delicious with its slightly chewy texture and subtle seasoning that pairs perfectly with their spreads.
The overall atmosphere of Tatte is bright, stylish, and inviting. It definitely has that signature Tatte charm with its beautiful displays and warm bakery feel. You can dine in, and many people do, but the tables are quite small and spaced fairly close together. And it get pretty loud. Because of that, it’s not the most comfortable place for a long sit-down brunch or a lingering conversation with a friend. It feels more like a great spot for a quick bite, a grab-and-go pastry, or a short coffee break rather than a full meal.
Even so, the quality of the drinks and pastries keeps me coming back. For anyone who loves matcha or fresh baked goods, Tatte is absolutely worth a visit.

Was super excited to see that Tatte Bakery came to NY. We’ve dined before when visiting Boston and had memorable experiences. Here there is fast friendly service. This place is busy and for good reason! Found that there was plenty of options even for vegetarians. Menu is different and delicious. Love having this kind of bakery in the neighborhood where the food is fresh and fun. Highly recommend the cheese borekas and breakfast haloumi sandwich. Can’t wait to try the other dishes soon! Welcome Tatte!!

First time coming to this location after hearing they opened up recently. They don’t have iced coffee, just cold brew which was ok. Ordered a cold brew and honestly was the worst cup of coffee I’ve ever had. On top of that, I ordered a large and they gave me a small??? Ordered a pistachio croissant but I saw that the baristas behind the desk were talking mad about the croissant as if something was wrong with it. They also cant warm up the croissant for you because it has nuts… I feel like there could be a solution to that like maybe having a toaster that you only use for products that contain nuts in them…..
My friend got a greek yogurt parfait with some fruits in it….. pretty sure they used sour cream it was definitely not greek yogurt after we both tried it….
Anyways, I paid almost $13 for bad quality coffee and food. You can get a better selection anywhere else. Very unsatisfied, I wanted my money back but did not want to be rude about it so I sucked it up.

First time trying Tatte was back in Boston, so I was honestly so excited to see it open right near home. Long Islanders cheering
The menu feels very familiar, but this time I tried a few items from the seasonal menu. Everything was consistently good and lived up to expectations. So happy to have Tatte so close now, will definitely be back!

I had such a great experience at Tatte Bakery & Café! The matcha latte was absolutely amazing — honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. The oat cookie was perfectly chewy and delicious, and the cheesecake was light, creamy, and not overly sweet just the way I like it. The whole atmosphere of the café is cozy yet modern, with so many tempting pastries and desserts to choose from. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to!

Great place lots of yummy israeli food. I was really bummed they were sold out of shakshuka at around 1 pm.
Good vibes, fun music a lot of people here on Sunday for brunch they have table tables outside, which also we’re pretty fully occupied
The chocolate chip cookie was excellent The chicken salad was excellent. I really liked my meal. I will come back. I can’t wait to try the Shakshuka they really opened recently, and they were not very accommodating for substitutions in the menu

Tatte in Garden City offers a thoughtfully designed space—open, airy, and filled with natural light, making it a pleasant place to relax or catch up with friends. The food is fresh and nicely presented, with a menu that caters to a range of tastes. While the flavors are on the subtle side, the dishes are thoughtfully prepared and consistently enjoyable. It’s a comfortable spot for a casual meal or coffee break, especially if you enjoy a calm and stylish atmosphere.

I don’t get how some can give 1 star review to a breakfast place it’s definitely significantly better than most places I tried on Long Island.
I love this place from MI and hope they open more of them.
Would be great to have location in Huntington.
