The food was okay but would have been better if the portions were bigger. Unfortunately my serving was not complete there was a big empty space in my bowl. The flavors were there, but that is about it. The restaurant was clean and the staff is friendly. It almost felt like we were served portions for a kid’s plate

Too many times do they give you small portions or an abundance of vegetables with two bites of protein. The broccoli wasn’t cooked all the way. It wasn’t even that busy. Three people in line and I was a pick up order. There was no rush.

Most disappointing experience… get home after 20min drive from panda and then they don’t put your entrees . Called back manager said they would give me a voucher for next time and I go back to Panda and the manager is suddenly out for lunch when I drove back to have my food corrected. I love driving around in circles for 1hr just because they are not paying attention when they are putting your food together .

I just had the best Kung pao chicken from here. 3 reasons for leaving 3 stars is they have a wonderful area for outdoor seating but there aren’t any tables or chairs out there. Another reason is the doors were locked until 7 minutes after their opening time and they only had 3 entrees out. The customer service wasn’t very good, the employees seemed in a bad mood. But the food was phenomenal for a panda, so I am giving 3 stars.

I’m waiting for a day when all the workers will be replaced with ai and robots. Because apparently for a human it’s very hard not mess up order literally every time. I understand they have no motivation, but the service is significantly worse than any location I’ve ever been to. What’s it that lousy management or personal factor? Orders are wrong, small portions every time, bad mood, rude comments. Read the other reviews, this crew needs to be fired.

I came in with my daughter Tuesday evening. I got the bigger plate. I asked for the honey walnut shrimp, the honey chicken and wanted the pepper chicken. The lady at the counter said rudely “we dont have pepper chicken” I thought they were still making it. It was only 6 pm. I said oh I can wait and notice there were like 4 entrees missing from the hot tables. She replied again “we don’t have it” with an attitude. There was no reason to be rude. Specially since it is the firs time I have gone to the restaurant and they simply wont have certain items.I guess they are not having the full menu anymore. Regardless she should have been more understanding and just explain the situation. Very disappointed. We wont come back to this location.

THIS ONE IS GAS. Their food is always fresh, portions large, employees nice, and they don’t have drive thru goals to meet, so there is less rushing overall.
